nice store to shop in good discount for Military .

Pro's: We had a complicated appliance exchange transaction. Store associates were available, friendly, informed. The In-store Transaction completed to our total satisfaction. Cons: The Home Depot Store's Regional Phone Support that the Associate was required to call, was unsatisfactory. Even though we presented a printed pre-approved resolution from a Home Depot Resolution Expeditor, The Phone Support personnel to the Home Depot Store Associate had to re-examine and re-approve an already approved resolution. This Phone-to-Store-Support personnel attempted to change the terms of the resolution agreement. I refused. The Home Depot Store Manager honored The Original Resolution Expeditor's agreement to our complete satisfaction. 2. The Appliances we originally wanted were not available in store. No Top Loader Washers were available in inventory. Since The exchange agreement was to return the Washer to the store ourselves, we couldn't go home without a replacement washer, we had to purchase a more expensive washer, that very fortunately The Manager allowed us to buy off the floor. We are completely satisfied with this new top loader he washer, we purchased a 5 yr. plan on this washer, too. We are completely satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you for Home Depot's complete commitment to Customer Care. Exemplary.

Always a good experience. Store was very busy in the lumber dept.. Had to hunt down an associate and it wasn't his department. Was looking for some advice, but not available. Otherwise good visit.

We were shopping for spring planting and other items for our garden and we were thrilled with the prices and availability of the things we needed. The store employees were super helpful and the young man who loaded up our vehicle was fantastic. It is a real joy to shop the Home Depot and it;s a tie between the Stuart, Fl. store and the Claremont, NH store which is more pleasurable to shop. Well done on the efforts of your staff!

I have used the Claremont Home Depot for many years now, both as a construction business owner and a private home-owner, and I have always been satisfied. The great majority of my business dealings with the Claremont store have been very good, and the few times something did not go quite right, the store associates and management made things right in short order. The goal of any business, should it wish to succeed, ought to be providing the customer with a quality product and great service at a reasonable price, and I believe the Home Depot and its people meet that goal.

The gentleman at check out was very helpful and called for an associate to help with to my car.

I knew I needed a new washing machine, but wasn't sure what to get. I had a super associate that ex- plained the difference between the machines so I was able to make an informed choice. There was never any pushyness from the associate. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. I would recommend this store to all my friends. Over the past two years, I have spent thousands of dollars with redoing my bathroom and buying a washing machine. I have always had wonderful associates to help me make informed choices. I love to go to Home Depot to just look around for new ideas or to make purchases. I am completely satisfied with all I have gotten there. Thank you!

I was looking for a certain light that was discontinued in the Concord store! So when I visited the store in Claremont I was so happy to find the lights that I needed!

Always a wonderful experience shopping at Home Depot. They have a variety of items to be purchased at a very reasonable price. The store is always cleans, and always someone there to ask if we need assistance. Keep up the good work :)

My Home Depot has some off the most help full Associates.

I have used the Home Depot Store in Keene, NH on occasions and not been impressed. The Claremont Home Depot Store is far better in the associates willingness to help me as a customer. Thank You very much.

It's so funny the associates know us especially my husband. It makes going there so personal. He is asked what projects he is working on and how much the honey list is done. I talk to the associates about what I am looking for and they are eager to help and give advice or suggestions. It is a home town store.

The only complaint is that alot of the cashiers will forget to take off my veterans discount (which I appriciate) There are 2 cashiers that always remember and they are Ashleigh and Brenda. other wise we like this store.

Kevin is always ready with a smile, very helpful and we ask for him when we purchase product. Remodeling our house purchased 2 years ago and plan on continuing our product demnds from Claremont Home Depot.

products were well located but I thought they would cost less.

The register clerk directed us to a register to cash us out. She brought us to a self check out. The first one didn't work, she went to a second and it didn't work. the third she got to scan the first item... I told her I could do the rest. If I really wanted to go to a self checkout, I would have just done it to begin with. If someone wants to help cash me out, they should have their own register.

Associates were extremely helpful & friendly - from start to finish!

I have had so many fun (and very helpful) experiences with the sales associates in this store. When it has come to my small projects, the associates have not only helped me and given me great suggestions, but have frequently gone above and beyond regarding friendliness and appropriate humor. I frequently leave Home Depot on a "retail high". I enjoy being a small scale DIYer and Home Depot is my favorite place to go for that.

Great store with professional help. The customer service that I received from Kevin in the door department with my special order doors was sensational..He followed through with reminders and details, remained courteous and made the experience an absolute joy. He make Home Depot look great..he knows doors and windows inside and out!!!! Call ahead and make sure he's there is my tip.

While looking for just the right lumber, Drew came to our assistance to ensure we had the best possible choices of lumber and railing for our special product. Ashleigh provided quick and courteous service at the checkout. Justin helped load my truck making sure everything was placed securely without damage. A pleasant experience for sure.

My wife and I spent a lot of time checking on items we wanted for our new home from gardening items to ceiling fans. We did some grill shopping out front and bought some timber for a little exterior project I had.
