I got a John Deere 22hp riding mower w/ a 48" deck for an amazing price. Matt W. and Gloria were a huge help and made the decision to buy it very easy.

My Home Depot store located at Wilma Rudolph boulevard in Crossville Tennessee it's the best store in the area with the best employees who takes care of you whenever you need assistance. With the help of one specific employee his name is Trevor I was able to start to start my project and I'm very happy about it. See attached pic

While shopping I negligently placed cash in the pocket of my jacket. Somehow, I managed to drop $1000 in cash on the floor. After frantically searching my car, and house, I called the store and asked if anyone found cash. They said they did and then I rushed over to claim it. Upon my shameful arrival, I asked the manager if the person who turned it in was known and they said yes it was an employee Kelly. Kelly I want to thank you so much for your honesty. You gave me hope in humanity!

I love it when a plan comes together. Needed plumbing, drainage, insulation, drywall, lumber, and paint materials. One stop shop.

Shopping for shelving supples. I would like to thank the young gentleman who took extra time to help me find the right materials to get the job done.

I just purchased a new washer/dryer combo, no power cord for the dryer, no water lines for the washer

The employees are customer friendly.

We are new to Home Depot having been loyal to their competitor for years and having their competitor completely drop the ball on a huge project order. From the first day, we walked into Home Depot at the Pro desk and every visit afterwards, we were recognized and the employees have been helpful and have shown interest in our project.

Garrett went out of his way to help me find flooring for my office. He showed me different products and really took his time to make sure I found something I liked. I even went with a more expensive flooring due to him taking the time. He didn’t make me feel like an annoying client. It was an outstanding sales experience- I would shop at the Home Depot if the experience was like that ALL the time. He is a wonderful and also helped me to my car. Kudos to him! Really GREAT! 😊

I have been doing business with home depot as a handyman and a Pro.

Wanted to get all the locks that i was to purchase keyed alike. No one on duty was trained to do keying of locks

Very friendly associates. Justice was awesome at the self checkout. He helped me with my purchase because I forgot my card. Was very quick to look up my account and finalize my purchase

The gentlemen that helped me with the renovations did a great job and love everything that was done. I had hand rails, inside doors, security door and sliding glass door.

I had a product issue and Misty at the customer service desk went out of her way to assist me and help resolve my problem. Can’t say enough good things about her pleasantness and professionalism. Misty at customer service and Elka at self checkout made my day.

Went in for one thing and found 3 more things I didn’t know I needed until I saw them.

There was no one working the section for leaf blowers and weed eaters. They were locked up in a cage and it took 20 minutes after 3 request for help.

Went in for some paint. The gentleman who helped me was the sweetest and most helpful! He will soon be 92 years old and you would never know! He made the entire experience so enjoyable! Who knew buying paint could be so much fun! They have a gem in that man!

Bought a $4k refrigerator from Home Depot and the delivery experience was awful. I paid to have the old refrigerator moved to the garage and from the moment the delivery person arrived he started making excuses why he couldn't do it. I was told the doors needed to be removed and it was not his job to do that. When I said I would take them off, he told me he didn't have time to wait on me. He showed up not wanting to do his job.

The delivery contractor was a joke. Much more concerned with NOT doing anny work than actually providing decent service. They spend more time offering excuses than a 5 year old who just broke something. In the time they wasted they could have simply deliveries the appliance.

Had a number of associates skmifm8 needed help. Checked out 8n lumber area. Person was great and,pleasant. Nice to shop and have a good experience

Sara was amazing and very helpful . Got us the front entry door we needed. Answered all questions. Very professional. Usually in Home depot there is nobody around so was very glad Sara was willing to help us with a smile.

Customer service is so very important in these day and time the sale persons were all very helpful and even went out of the way to make sure I found another item I was looking for.he made it happen.

I purchased a cub cadet from Home Depot but can never find supplies to keep it maintained, (i.e., oil & air filters) or simple repair, (i.e., mulching blades) I understand big items has to be ordered online but this should be available if you sell the brand item. Numerous times I was told to shop at CO OP or TSC for cub cadet items.
