Love the store and your employees, they are always saying hello and always ask if they may help. Store is well stocked and very easy to find what ever I am looking for. Its well lit and clean too!

The Liverpool location is my favorite store. Neat, clean, and organized. Nice atmosphere.

Found everything we needed. However...the heat in the store was unbearable. It was cooler outside (approx 80 degrees outside) than it was in the store. Either need to turn on the air conditioning or at least have some fans moving the air around. Had to go outside a couple of times during my shopping trip to cool off.

I gave a five star rating because in my opinion that is what the store should be according to what I've experienced and I don't say that about many other stores I've shopped in. Everything that I experienced which I've stated is true. When I couldn't find what I was looking for all I needed do was ask a staff person and they assisted me. The cleanliness of the store has always been very good and their restroom was clean as well. The associates were always friendly and professional each time I have visited the store.

Home Depot in Clay is hands down my favorite store. As a newbie in remodeling furniture I have had the best experience with regards to getting the supplies I need and finding knowledgeable and friendly employees that are ready and willing to answer questions but won't hover if you just want to browse. In particular, I recommend Ray the hardware manager, if you need help. He's the best and goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. Thanks Ray!

I have completed the survey on the www.homedepot site but will restate the great experience I had on May 10. I entered the store to purchase 2 patio chairs, only to find them in a set of 6 chairs and table. Nina at customer service requested the patio person to assist me. Bill called Josie, the manager to consult in the availability of this purchase. She searched stock in other stores and your store and agreed to sell 2 chairs. As I proceeded to check out, she also gave further discount because I had intended to purchase these chairs online but had been notified they were back ordered, X 2, till June, with no guarantee of purchase. She offered the discount because of my inconvenience with online shopping. The ending to this saga was totally unexpected and gratefully excepted.

Customer service is lacking. I own a small business and purchase alot of supplies from Home Depot. I will be using the Camillus location from now on.

No employees were readily available to assist all customers with locations of products in this large store or any other concerns! I had to walk several aisles to find an employee who directed me to an aisle for the item I needed! I had to find another employee, who took me right down the aisle to where it was!

I love there stores no matter where I am, here or in Oswego. When I walk through the door's I know I will need help finding my stuff I need and getting great advise in helping me do my project right the first time. I have no problem finding someone with know how. There stores are also clean and when check out comes, it is fast....Doing the bird dance!

Always shop this store for all my home and tool needs. Always neat, clean and well stocked. I'm asked numerous times while I'm there if I need help. Can't remember walking out without what I needed.

Typical Home Improvement Business. Lots of people wishing you a wonderful day, not many with real experience when it comes to the home improvement process. Does not offer a 10% discount like the competitor does across the street when using your "Store Card". Nothing out of the ordinary here.
