After 4 visits to three different locations in the Columbus, OH area, this store finally got it right. Customer Service saw the errors from the other stores and a gentleman by the name of Ivan was awesome. Saw me through from the time I walked in and even helped load my car, which wasn't necessary.

I really like the employees at this location they are very nice and helpful and they had what I was looking for. Thank you

I did notice while standing by the return desk that the area around the wall where the handicap buggies were stationed was dirty.. The buggies were a bit dirty. Lot of dust on them and dust and dirt by the wall.

Tracy, Fred, Gaylyn -- great Santa elves assisted in finding a missing bunch of mini LED Christmas Lights. Shelf was empty but scanner said there were 52 boxes. These three were friendly, fun and went the extra mile to locate them somewhere in a far corner in the back and brought them out. I was went home with what I wanted instead of settling for something else. Great service with great attitude.

The store is well organised and there are associate on the isles to assist shoppers. Makes shopping at home Depot so easy and convinient.

Employee who i asked a question was arrogant and full of himself and felt it below his dignity to answer such a simple question, "do you have this lightbulb in 40W or is 60W the only one available" he pointed to the shelve and walked away. What an insult and sure not the way to handle any customer.

This is the best HOME DEPOT in Columbus. Anne Marie, Jodi and Joan are three of the most helpful employees.

We attempted to purchase a door to replace a sliding door. The customer service was atrocious. Once the person working finally got back to the department, he started to assist us. He moved onto other customers instead of completing our order. We were ready to spend $1000 or so on a door and installation, but instead of setting up an appointment for measurement the employee left us for other customers who hadn’t approached him. We left after 15 mins and hope to never have to set foot in there again. The paint department was helpful.
