In comparison with the Wilson Mills store I have always found the Cleveland Heights store lacking in the area of product availability. This most certainly be due NOT to the staff or management, but due to the clientele. There have been reports and I have witnessed and reported thefts and customers purposefully leaving unwanted products which they at first wanted and on second thought decided to to purchase all ovber the store at a rate that staff quite understandably could NEVER keep up with!

This store was very clean and the employees where very professional and Once again I thank you for another well visit.

Two employees, in particular, were extremely helpful. Ezra in answering my many questions and Alexis in helping me find product. Every employee I encountered was friendly. Nice store.

Signage makes finding products easier. Sample products helped me make the decision on selecting the garbage disposal.

Product was in stock and received the assistance I needed.

I live in Mentor, OH but work downtown so the Cleveland Heights store is not only convenient but the customer service is better than any of the other stores I've gone to.

We were able to find every thing we needed to replace my hot water tank. One stop shopping... Customer service was there when we needed it.

I typically know what i need and where to find it but do not have any issues when needing an associate. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.

Was looking for the lawn leaf bags and they're usually near the checking out in the garden and flower section. Went back inside and walked towards the check out and no bags. Went back towards the garden section and stopped an associate and he took me back where the bags were near the stones section...

Every time I have visited store 3818 has been very pleasant and sometimes because of the helpful clerks i find what I need right away then I take extra time to look around rather than just run in to get exactly what I want & run back out.

It's always easy for me to find what I need. If for whatever reason I can't, I can always easily find an employee that will help me out. Customer service is pretty good most of the time.

This store offers what is needed to get stuff fixed at my home. I like going to this location. The people that work here do the best they can within reason and are good at sharing what they do know without pretending to know more than they know.

I needed plumbing supplies and was assisted by a staff associate, who listened carefully to what I wanted, took his time walking me through the many brands of items and ultimately helped me decide which choices to make. He made this visit so positive, and I had no trouble installing everything. Once again, Home Depot rocks!

WOULD MOST DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN FOR SERVICE AND CONVENIENCE. ASSOCIATES AND THE CASHIERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
