I bought a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator from Karen Homer in appliances, and I couldn't be happier! She was fast, efficient, friendly, SO knowledgeable, and helpful, too! Also, HD is doing their own appliance deliveries and installations now, so no more problems with subcontractors!

The store was OK but the staff was rude and non-helpful to me as a paying customer. The checker at the self service just stood there as I tried to figure out how to use the new system. The teller I got couldn't find the price on my flower so she started turning it around looking for it and broke one of the leafs off. I grabbed it and told her to "stop" . She just glared at me. Then the previous customer came back because she had rang his items up wrong. She told him to go to customer service but never apologized.

Pay the extra to have the lumber delivered, had to load 6x6x12 treated posts by myself, employees didnt offer a hand to help and no help was given to help load them either, I'll take my business else where from now on

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores. I feel like a kid at Christmas time.

Worst store ever. Poorly stocked. Cashiers need to stop chatting and do their job.

This store may at times seem a little understaffed- but the wait is always worth it! The employees go above and beyond to help you with questions and make recommendations to help you with your projects. We recently bought a new door for our patio and so glad we went to this store for the purchase! Mike was amazing and gave us lots of information and choices to ensure we spent our money wisely. Highly recommend these folks for any of your doors and/or windows!

The customer service was wonderful in the appliance section but the cashier, Natasha, was extremely rude.

Avoid it. Most of Staff are so rude.

Plenty of flowers for outdoor planting, plenty of top soil, cow manure, peat moss, mulch, grass seeds, weed and feed. Everything you need to start your Summer projects. The store was really clean and neat.All the products on my list was at the store and I was able to purchase.

The store has a good selection of plants for early birds like me. Staff are always polite and helpful. I appreciate someone asking “do you need help?” Even if I don’t! Thanks for asking because you are more appreciated than you know! Keep up the great work

I like this store some of the employees could use a little more training but the main thing is that they are trying and I can't fault that. Also it would help contractors if the isles weren't blocked during prime working hours. But overall I am pleased with the store.

YouTube and the internet has more knowledge that the staff in this stores electrical department. You have to watch where you walk so as not to trip. Make sure that you check all packaging and product to assure that they are new and not used or broken

Great experience today in the garden center. There were plenty of employees on the floor to help lift heavy bags of mulch and stones onto my cart, and then helped put everything into my car. Great customer service!!

Stan was very helpful and friendly. He explained about the overflow plate and lever to me. He located the product I needed. He explain every thing that he did so that I could do it myself next time. I had watch a you tube video, but didn't know how to change the overflow plate. please thank him for me.

The store had exactly what I needed to repair my roof, right before it rained!

I love having a Home Depot store so conveniently located (7 minutes from where we live). The selection and quality of products is good, and the store layout is logical. I can almost always find what I'm looking for, and pricing is very reasonable. Thank you!

Things have really been improving in this store.

This store has been so important for the upkeep of my house, which is nearly 100-years-old, so I always need more stuff and Home Depot has it!

This store is essential for homeowners, because you ALWAYS need more stuff to take care of the house. I will be going back tomorrow to get some brown mulch, if it is available, for an ongoing project.

The one girl at the customer service desk was nasty had a bad attitude.....

We are mostly satisfied with this store. But you do need to have more employees available. We found the product easily. There was no assistance available. The store was clean. The checkout person was very good.

I have been going to this store consistently for the past two years, and they always have the things that you need for your home: they are prepared!

the cashier in garden was lousy she never looked up from her cell phone i asked for a bag she gave it to me and never looked up had to bag my own items poor poor customer service

get them girls off their cell phones that's horrible that they can't stop for five minutes to wait on you
