PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure the motor scooters are fully charged!!! It is very frustrating to be stranding in the middle of the store and unable to walk out to be able to leave.

We get to Home Depot about every weekend. Fun shopping for the house, the garden, and ourselves.

I went to pick up 24 bags of mulch. Not only was I in and out so quickly but the customer service by Howard in the garden center was amazing. He was super friendly and loaded all 24 bags of mulch in my truck. We need more people like Howard! Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service Howard… You rock!!

Just shopping I am very happy

The flooring personal are very knowledgeable (that’s to be expected); what was not expected was the extra energy spent to resolve availability issue. The data base indicated tile item was available and discontinued quantity zero simultaneously. I’d purchased material 45 days prior. My project was 3/4s complete, the prevented scrubbing a 800 square foot effort to begin again.

Today Home Depot has more staff that are available to help the customers unlike other stores where the staff seems to be out of sight or on break? I will definitely shop at this store location.

Feels like home whenever I’m there

The Coconut Creek store has a lot of stock and they and they excel at restocking before they run out of a particular item. Additionally, their prices are competitive and the employees are very friendly who are happy to help you if you can't find something or need advice on which product to buy. Finally, they make returns easy and I always enjoy shopping there.

Eddie A. in the paint dept. did an excellent job of color matching the paint sample that I brought in 5/3/23 and 5/4/23. He is a pro who knows paint.

although the product wasn't in stock at that location, an associate at the help desk easily located it and had it shipped. It arrived a couple of days earlier than promised - a pleasant surprise

Finding a small part that attaches to metal shelving as a brace to hold up a shelf was not easy. Chen stayed with me and finally was able to find just what I needed.

This Home Depot has the best price of any retail store around for the water softener salt pellets. And, if that is not enough, if you purchase 6 bags or more you get an extra $0.60 off the list price. You can't beat that anywhere else. By the way, it is a premium product, Morton salt pellets. The best salt pellets you can buy.

I’ve been to this store numerous times throughout my life, I can say with full confidence that this store has everything you could need along with helpful employees!

I purchased a lemon, lime and orange tree about a month ago. Well they are now in the process of flowering and producing fruit. Soon, I will not have to buy these items at the grocery store.

on vacation and did not bring enough tools. I was able to run in gather correct tools and check out promptly even at rush hour in the morning when most pro's are also doing the same. Sharon was great at check out
