The Military Appreciation is a big plus

Very clean store. Employees esp Nate went out of his way to explain things about the products, helped me to figure out the best deal, made sure I had everything I needed to complete the project. I ended up coming back the next day for something else and got the same courteous service from Nate. The associates were very busy but still took the time to make me feel that what I asked and wanted was important to them. Thank you so much

Alway have had good service at #1803 Coeur D Alene store. I visit often.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The store can get really busy in the summer and sometimes you have to wait a bit for one of the employees to finish helping other customers.

Always enjoy going to this store. Most of the time the Associates are always friendly and helpful. Unlike my local Home Depot, I don't feel like I'm intruding when seeking assistance. Plus the store seems (to me anyway) that it's cleaner, more organized than my local Home D. I'm not crazy about the parking because it's in a very busy location, but we always shop as early as possible to beat the crowds and not fight for parking or traffic.

The Coeur d'Alene store is great, as the selection of items is ample, and more importantly, the staff is available to assist and recommend items for repair jobs. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help.

Im consistently broke here and its worth every dime. I shopped at 100's of home depos over the years and this 1 is hands down my favorite.

This is a very good store. Today a girl named Laura checked us out. She was smiling the whole time, very nice personality. It was a pleasure working with her. I always work with Carl. He's an older gentleman. He's always so helpful. The employees here are wonderful.

Great store with a friendly staff and the knowledge to help out in the specialty areas. This store has it all and really makes it easy to find products that you are looking for. My biggest gripe would be the parking lot. I feel it is very unsafe and very difficult to navigate because of the size of the spaces as well as just the spacing in general . Very difficult to load vehicles and park trucks. Other than that the store is very clean and very easy to manuever.

The clerks always ask me if I need help but my husband says they never ask males if they need help

An employee actually told me of a local "hole-in-the-wall" store that would probably have the part I needed to fix my problem rather than purchase a product from Home Depot, which would have required a major renovation to make the new part work. I was extremely happy and grateful for this suggestion. It showed me that at least this employee cared more about helping me resolve my problem than selling Home Depot products. Having experienced this type of service on a regular basis, I prefer HD over its major competitor!

We went for the Memorial Day sale on paint and the rebate for $40 per 5 gal. bucket. We decided at that price, we should paint the outside of our fixer upper and barn. It was busy and the signs were unclear on the limitations. So I asked multiple employees who assured me that the 5 five gallon buckets of paint we were buying were eligible for the rebate. Come to find out, we are only getting $40 back as the other 4 are not! I don't care how busy you are or how you advertise. If someone is continuously asking about a rebate because your signs in the store are unclear, an employee should know or double check to give correct information! We are out $160 and I guarantee you Home Depot doesn't care. This is one of multiple issues we have had with the customer service here, where they are unhelpful, give wrong information, or are plain rude. We will not be returning!

It was a really good visit where you not only were well taken care of but the employee was really into helping us get what we were trying to do. Not rushed and gave us choices to pick from even though a lot of people were there. In this day of rushing it was refreshing to get a employee that was wanting to help and even smiling reading the labels for a better decision.
