Amazing Customer Service, organized and clean store!

Great Store Great people

My visit to this store on 1/10/18 was a mix of things. There were multiple employees around but no one offered to help. I had to ask one, who found my item immediately and close-by...I'd at least got in the area where it was. However, only one of the items was there. Luckily I needed only one. Suggestions: 1. You need to get the employees off their rear ends and help people instead of yapping to each other and ignoring the customer. (that's a fact I observed for several minutes, not an opinion.) 2. Get a better handle on your stock. I am glad I didn't need more than one item as it was not available for multiple purchases.

GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING WITH HOME DEPOT

The Home Depot had a variety of washer/dryers to sell at great prices. The appliance specialist Pat McClure was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable about delivery and if the appliances break down while under warranty.

From Cory in plumbical to Steve in painting, we had exceptional service during our many trips to home depot during our renovation of our bathroom and kitchen. Without their friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help, we could not have completed this on our own.

visit this store whenever I need parts, or tools for home, we use wood for heat, and they carry items for that, overall I was happy with the help from staff

The lady that works in the return part was very rude to me. So my husband went to the return in Spokane valley, wa and she was very helpful and said that the lady in Coeur d'alene id was wrong

The home depot has everything I need for my home needs. The staff here is super friendly and I love shopping here! Always a great experience.

The store was clean, well stocked, checkout was friendly and efficient, Alexis was very pleasant. I just wish that there were enough employees to assist shoppers when needed. I feel I shouldn't have to seek out someone to answer questions that I have.

Store was very busy, (Black Friday). But we all were treated with Great service and much respect.

What an awesome experience. Even though it is such a very busy time of year(Just around Black Friday), the employees were cheerful and efficient, keeping the store organized and clean, with safety obviously being a top concern. I appreciated the individual attention that I received.

I found friendly employees throughout the store. In doing the survey I wasn't allowed to give kudos to the cashier Leslie. I found everything I needed and enjoy perusing the clearance sections.

Generally I can depend on a positive experience in this store.

Mustache Mike and Roger in Lumber are great with customer service. Knowledgeable, precise and extremely friendly. Treat you personally like you are friends.

I called in for some advice, they were helpful and did not leave me on hold.. When I arrived the process went as planned. I needed 16 pieces of lumber cut to size. By the time I finished other shopping it was at the cashier waiting for me. They helped me out and helped me load it in my truck. Loading it in the truck was the first time I had to touch it during the entire process. I'll be back! Thank you

The most simple review on the planet will be mine. I smile walking in, I smile shopping, I smile paying and I smile leaving. The store is simply the best and it keeps drawing me most every weekend for its skills and strengths in meeting the needs of the public. I love my sweet 'Home Depot'.

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND THE CAN DO!!

There are several employees at this store that I go back to when I want good information and advice. I wish I had their names. I will look for them and write their names in my phone for next time. They seem to have all the time in the world to talk with me. If interrupted they return to talk more with me. I have purchased windows, a loan, appliances, paint and building materials because of certain helpful people. It is pure delight to find helpful and knowledgeable employees at Couer D Alene Home Depot.

GOT WHAT i WENT AFTER HEADED HOME IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR

Staff are always looking out for you! Looked out for people carrying heavy things. Every time I go there is great customer service.

I like that I can get biodegradable cleaning supplies for my business while saving money on them.
