Associate was quite helpful in locating and recommending items.

I needed a large piece of wood cut down so it would fit in my car. The saw at the store was broken and even though they have a whole isle of saws for sale, no one was willing to open one up to help a customer. I thought about buying one, using it in the parking lot, and then returning it, but I don’t want to be that guy. I returned the wood and went around the corner to Lowes where they were more than happy to sell the wood (cheaper than HD) and cut it for free.

Excellent knowledge by store associate of all of the appliances and some design issues with our remodel. The store associate made this a very pleasant experience and I am glad I came to Home Depot for the Labor Day Sale.

Home Depot always has what I'm looking for which keeps me from going to several stores.

We had to purchase a piece of plywood for a solid surface for an item. The associate was very knowledgable about the wood and was able to cut it for us in just a few minutes. It took less time than I thought it would and was very easy.

Recent trip to buy a new washer and dryer was a terrific experience. Sales associates were friendly and knowledgable. They took extensive time to compare products and find the perfect fit for our needs. Overall great experience.

This store always appear dis-organized and dirty. You can never find a person when assistance is needed. Most so called associates do not know about the department they work in.

Would drive from Hernando to this store. It was clean and everyone was very nice.

Thanks to store management and staff for helping me along for the past 15 years while I renovated 3 bathrooms, fireplace, and a kitchen + had roof, windows, floors, hot water heater & appliances replaced & installed. All through these years, I've had only positive experiences and have always found what I needed in-store or online with free in-store pickup.

The light fixture I found on line was indeed available in stock at the store and at the very economical price. I had looked for almost three years for just the right fixture at just the right price (I needed three pendant lights) and this store had exactly what I needed.

The store was almost empty and not many associates were around, but I did not need an associate to find what I needed. There was a wide variety of the product I needed and I found them very easily.

It took far less time to make my purchases than I previously thought that it would because everything was clearly marked and easily accessible. Associates were very friendly and informative. An enjoyable experience for someone who normally does not like to go shopping!

I often get large 8' x 4' sheets of lumber and need it cut - always get GREAT assistance from the employees in the lumber dept.

Best place to purchase blinds for custom cuts. And better price than competitors!

During a very heavy rain I stopped in the HD garden center for some weed killer. Two associates immediately took me to the exact location and pointed out the likes and differences of the product . As I was leaving I became interested in the hosta plants and both associates assisted me in the blowing rain to search through the many hostas and successfully find the variety I was looking for, while I was checking out with the very friendly cashier the associates were devising a drive up plan for loading my car. Both of these associates went above and beyond to service me, one even had a raincoat over her arm, it was perfectly clear that their clear purpose was to fulfill their job and boy did they! I was testing Home Depot after about a three year separation because of poor service but this experience has renewed my opinion and I will be back.

The staff are always friendly and available to assist you, the only place I shop for my home!!

Appliance person unable to be located. Sharon up front helped me get my microwave ordered. Wasn't her bailiwick but she worked through it anyway, thanks Sharon.
