I always have positive experiences when I visit the Collierville Home Depot store. The production selection, prices and customer service are excellent!

Generally a good store with helpful associates. Sometimes help is short, but when you find someone they are helpful.

This is a great store to buy from. Prices are great, items are available, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I shop at this store frequently. I almost always have trouble getting someone to help, if I need it. If you catch an associates eye, many times they drop their head and quickly walk away. If you run one of them down, they will tell you where something is, but most of the time they won't show you. They almost always seem too busy to really help.

MY ONLINE ORDER FOR PICKUP WAS READY AT THE DOOR!!! I MADE ONE PHONE CALL. I TRAVELED 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES TO GET TO THIS STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER AND IT WAS WORTH IT!!!

Products were easy to find. One particular associate was helpful but the checkout was slow because you only had one checkout station open in the lawn and garden area.

Shopped the outdoor area for some rock on Sunday. It was very busy and there were not enough people to assist. Long check out lines and employees who were obviously not happy. I'll have ot seriously rethink shopping at Home Depot with this sort of treatment.

The store associates were super friendly and very helpful.

I always visit this store at least three times a week and every time I go in, I have a good experience but Lekisa really helped me tonight and she even got me to get a credit card. She is very friendly, personable and her smile and laugh is infectious... She is good people and I hope to see her every time I visit.

I was returning several of the pieces of lumber 2x10' (6) & I'm holding my 2 yr old my son. The associate standing behind the counter (with no other customers or people around) wouldn't walk around and scan the bar codes on the end of the lumber. She told me I had to get them for her to scan in. I had to set my son down, walk around and pull them off and give them to the associate to scan in. Its appalling that she couldn't walk around the counter to scan the codes. She showed NO interest in helping a customer who had a 2 yr old in his arms. I will NEVER shop at this store again. This was TERRIBLE customer service.

I had to purchase 2x10 - 8' long for a job and HD was the closest. There were only 4 left in the bunk and they were complete JUNK, split, warped badly, holes, etc. I will NOT purchase lumber here again. Why weren't these materials checked and restocked. HD lost my business on this.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by two sales associates, who were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and we were directed to the item we were looking for. Ashley took my payment while my husband choose the items we were buying and Ashley then completed our transaction while showing a sincere interest in our being satisfied with our shopping experience.

My HomeDepot in Collierville is a great place to shop. I have browsed and made purchases from every aisle in the store and have always found a knowledgeable and helpful associate. For anything associated with the home, HomeDepot is my very first stop.

I had an awesome experience shopping in this store! I was helped by an associate named, Rich, in appliances. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He had a great personality! I am normally in a hurry to leave a store once I've made my purchases, but I could've chatted with Rich all day! I was also helped by another associate named Keith, when looking for a tool to remove a broken key from a lock. He was great as well. This store was very clean, everything was easy to find, and I will definitely recommend this store to anyone needing home improvement items. Especially appliances! Go see Rich!
