I WENT INTO THE STORE LOOKING FOR THREE ITEMS..THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME NOT ONLY KNEW WERE THEESE ITEMS WERE HE ALSO LED ME TO EACH ONE AND ASKED ME IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE HE COULD DO FOR ME!!!

i enjoy going to the home depot- I enjoy how the displays are set and the helpfulness of the employees

found my items in less than 10 minutes. two workers asked if i needed assistance.

everyone was very friendly and helpful. The prices were at little high though

Overall my visits at the home depot store in Collinsville are grate, the store is always clean and there is always someone to help you when needed.

I went to Home Depot to purchase 6 buckets of driveway sealer. There were only four on the floor and an assistant asked if he could help. After explaining the problem he promptly had another flat brought out. This took less than 5 minutes.

needed to buy screws and double sided stick tape. both were in same aisle, easy to locate. there was a large selection of tape, varying from regular, heavy duty and industrial strength. in addition to several colors and lengths.

Home Depot is my favorite store. My husband laughs about it when he tells his friends. They almost always have what I want and the associates have always been very helpful.

Some times the garden area looks trashed up And not kept in a orderly madder.

I was able to find what I needed quickly without assistance.

Associates very friendly and I did not have to look for anyone.

Loved it! Learned plenty of things to start new projects I can do myself.

We didn't receive much help in the store other than a man sitting at a table (I think he might have been offering credit card info, not sure) that directed us to the location of glue, no one was offered service in the glue or in the bathroom cabinet department.BUT our help from the check out Clerk in the garden department was OUTSTANDING. His name was Malcolm and he first greeted me was with a smile when I went to the garden checkout to ask for help. He then went in the garden area to show me what I was looking for and continued to be very personable to my husband and I both. Upon checkout he again was more than pleasant, kind and helpful. Very outstanding young man and that alone will make be come back and visit.

It's a pleasure to shop at this location. Diane @ the pro desk is always ready to help in any way she can. But the real kudos should go to an older (60's) blond headed lady in the lumber dept. who helped me find perfect 4 X 4's for my project. She was simply fantastic and worked harder than any man in that section.

I like shopping at this store mainly because the employees are so helpful and friendly.

I had just bought a Black & Decker belted sander and just happen to stop in at Home Depot and found a better quality Black & Decker belted sander for $2.oo more I immediately took the other sander back to Rural king and got my refund

Home Depot usually has the items I need at a reasonable competitive price

Scooters were not in a place where I could get one. The one I could get was not charged up. I had to walk for a long period of time. It was very difficult for me.

This has always been a great home depot to shop or ask for help and ideas on home improvement.

I visited the lawn and garden department twice in the last week to buy lawn furniture and flowers. I was extremely pleased with the helpfulness and friendliness of the associates who helped me find what I was looking for.

The Collinsville Home Depot is one of the friendliest, cleanest, helpful stores I have frequented!
