my grass was 7-8 inches and my old lawnmover gave up after 1/2 the lawn was done and GRASS was LONG!...and it was supposed to rain for another 3-5 days??? I walked into my hometown HD and walked out within 15 minutes with my NEW mower. i knew exactly what i wanted but two associates helped me further decide on specifics that made my life better w/guarantee and self propel which i wanted to upgrade. They wheeled it out and loaded it and made sure I had oil and was ready to cut grass early AM!!! 15 minutes to purchase and load and NO stress!! Thank you HD and the two amazing assoc that assisted me!

I find this store to be very disorganized and it is hard to find things. Also, some associates seem to be generally uninterested in helping, and some of the same associates don't really know what they're selling, but are making it up as if they did.

HOME DEPOT IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET ASSISTANCE. THERE IS NEVER ANYONE AROUND WHEN YOU NEED HELP. EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEIR TOO BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE IF THE SEE YOU COMING. IF YOU'RE LUCKY TO FIND SOMEONE, THERE IS SEVERAL PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU, AND TOO LONG TO WAIT. EVERY DEPT. IS VOID OF HELP.

When I arrived at the store no many were present. I found an associate quickly who was arranging and watering plants. She stopped her work and help me find my product which I ask her to locate. While looking at the item I thought of another item that I wanted from the plant department and she gave me excellent directions how to find that item. I was most pleased with service and treatment I received at Home Depot. One of the problems in shopping at a large store as Home Depot is finding the item (s) wanted. So much time can be wasted just looking for it. It is very helpful for someone to help who works in the department. I think most shoppers would be willing topay a bit more for the merchandise if good,professional and friendly help is available,

Two associates at the store came to us while we had questions with selecting a new toilet for our home. Both were extremely helpful in answering our questions.

This was a quick in and out trip to fix a leaking kitchen sink, and a fiberglass bathtub hole. Your products helped us with both!

Went to Home Depot and found the items I was in need of.

Too many people are available during the day hours and too many ask you for help. When you go after 5 pm, no one asks you if you need help and there are too few workers. Three actually were standing and talking to each other in appliances while I walked all over looking for A/C filters.

it was easy getting a copy of keys. it seemed to be a little more expensive than what i remember, but the machine seems to do it without coming back to store

Very nice associates I think in is odd that you need to go into the store for planting soil. I did appreciate that there was shopping carts in the garden dept. I was asked if I needed help to my car. I thought the prices of flowers were a little high but with the economy I think I understand.

we bought a house and fixing it up to rent and we are buying lots of things from your store

I was very pleased with my vist. I needed some extra materials that were not on the floor and the sales associate went and got them for me very quickly. Also they were using safety since they had the employee with the orange flags and they had the gates up.

Great way to pick up items needed for home improvement...quick and easy.

Was a successful experience with the exception of a tool that wasn't available at this time.

Please provice more associates in lumber. I actually left the store due to lack of help. The second visit I finally got help from a very friendly head cashier. She was amazing!

I took a Chainsaw to the Tool Rental in the Collinsville, Il Home Depot. I have been in all of the Home Depot stores in the Metro Il area. In all of those stores none of the associates that I met with were as courteous, professional and quick to respond to my needs as David in Tool Rental. I was there far a concern that generated in another store which made no difference to him or his manager. They did everything that was needed to do to respond and eliminate my concern. I feel they went beyond satisfactory levels. I will drive the extra miles in the future when I buy from Home Depot.
