An associate came right up to me to see what I needed help with! He helped me with the product I was looking for in lighting, and then when I wanted to see some blinds, he didn't leave me until he had me with another associate that helped with the blinds, not only finding the size I needed, but cutting one that was a bit too large, down to the size I needed. I was very pleased with the help I received, and both associates were very nice and helpful!

Each time I visit Home Depot, employees are always very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I needed a lot of assistance at Home Depot today .. I needed to purchase some items I was not all that familiar with .. I interacted with 5 different associates and they were so much help .. I found everything I needed and was most pleased with my shopping experience today .. when I got home, everything fit or worked as described .. I'm a happy camper

I have two places I'd like to visit often in this area: Home Depot & WholeFoods. It is clean and pleasant lighting. The Associates are knowledgeable and kind. Easy to find the product. Convenience of store pick up policy.

I was in Commerce,GA shopping. My husband was having back issues, so I went to Home Depot looking for a supportive back brace. The associates were very helpful and the self checkout was so easy. I had a great shopping experience and will visit the store again.

I was very unhappy with the help that I did not receive. I stood in the kitchen and bath dept. waiting to buy a toilet for over 30 minutes. We were in the store for an hour and not the first associate asked if they could help me. I left without buying my toilet. I got up the next day and drove to Lowes to make my purchase.

Store was well stocked and plenty of associates to assist. Could use more checkout help to speed checkout up.

I frequently shop at the Commerce GA Home Depot. I have always found what I was looking for and the associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and offers to help. I recently purchased porch railing through Home Depot and received awesome service. Carol, an associate, went above what was expected and called the manufacturer to make sure the products needed to complete the project were included and got the best price for me. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked. I am a woman and do not always know what I need to complete the job I want to do. However, I have always been able to get what I needed with help from the associates. We have a great Home Depot store in our community.

It took about 19 mins to get help in the hardware isle. and a manager had to come help. he was very good and no complaints with him. only complaint was it took way to long to get help.
