ZERO STOCK ON AN OUTLET COVER MADE FOR A GUY THAT CAN CUT THE CORRECT HOLE FOR A BOX ONLY THE OVERSIZE ONES FOR HACK HANDYMEN

This is my go to store for remodeling and fixing up my house.

Every time I shop at this store, if I have any questions about a certain product there is always a friendly associate to help me. This makes it so much easier for me when I shop.

I had occasion to go shopping for a snowblower today, something Minnesota weather calls for frequently. I went to the Coon Rapids Home Depot where I chanced upon Curtis, evidently the official snowblower officer. I've never met anyone who knows as much about snowblowers as this fellow. I'm from Texas and pretty much the new kid on the block when it comes to snowblowing, a fact I made clear to him early in our conversation. Taking that into account, Curtis took great pains to make sure I understood everything he felt I needed to know, explaining things clear and concisely, and leaving me to ask but the two important questions, does it come with gas, and, where does the oil go? I have shopped at this store many times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it to all hands.

Curtis and Bruce at this home depot are modern day examples of great customer service (that seems to be fading away)without bias. These two go above and beyond their normal "call of duty" to assist every customer with a smile and can do attitude. Because of them i will always shop at this Home Depot! I love these two.

Went to get some stuff to fix some things at the scout camp and found all that I needed.

Had to return or get fixed my brad nailer and found out they would repair it for me. THANX

I don't usually shop at the coon Rapids location however like every other home depot I have been to it was a great experience. Clean store, the products I need, and fun friendly help.

He seemed very knowledgeable and got my paint in a quick amount of time. Nice young gentleman too

I prefer this company and store over any other in the area, its my go to place for fixing up my house. The store associates are very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Was able to find pain/brushes, and buckets within 10 minutes, and after about 20 minutes the paint mixing was ready, and I was able to go straight to a checkout lane and buy everything all within a 25 minute window. The associates were in every department I walked by, and they all asked if I needed any help.

The oven I went to purchase was not on show room floor. A sales associate Cara Rydh that had just got off duty, had got the samsung rep. from Samsung to help look it up in the computer since I didn't remember all the details on it. Within 5-10 mins we had it found and taken care of to start my purchase with a different sale associate. I thought it was awesome that Cara took time off the clock to help me even though she was in a rush to get to the post office before they closed to pick up a birthday gift that was mailed to her daughter. She is a great employee for Home Depot and a role model for all employees at any job to observe how important costumer relations are. If it was not for her actions I would not even have done this survey.

Found everything I needed, great selection, and incredibly friendly and personable personnel

The tool rental attendant, Lisa, solved an annoying problem for me today, creatively and generously, by taking it on as her own. Such service is rare.

Overall good store but some item's hard to find in this store like the other's

I had an awesome shopping experience on Oct 28. First a very friendly gentleman at the store entrance greeted me and thanked me as I left (sorry I didn't get his name.) I was in to purchase some special size shades that I knew would have to be ordered. I worked with Rebecca in the flooring/window department. Not only was she very friendly, but was very knowledgable about the product and helped me find the best options for my needs. Rebecca also had a great eye to find the best color to match another blind I have. I am very happy with my purchase/order. I then met Lydia in appliances I will be back down the road bit for a new dishwasher from her. Thank you all for the great assistance today!

Shop this store frequently and find the store clean and well stocked and find the employees friendly and helpful.

The Coon Rapids Store always exceeds my expectations. I do a lot of over the phone ordering before I or an associate comes to pick up the materials. My order is always done on time or before and the service I get has been better at the Coon Rapids location than any other store i purchase from! Keep up the good work! Love my PRO guys!

Very busy Saturday morning. Overhead page went out requesting more cashiers. Multiple department supervisors showed up and assisted the customers. While all HD's are great, this one is the best of the best.
