Products are easy to find and isles are marked clearly. Dept. Employees are knowledgeable about their products and how they work or how they are applied to finish a project. Store is clean, shelves are clean and things are organized so you can find them. In the Spring they take extra care to keep their plants watered. For the most part I have only gotten a few simi dry plants and they turned out fine. Employees are friendly and know where most everything is in the store or how to look it up on their phones very quickly! Some of their products are more expensive that some other stores it is worth the extra not have to run back and forth to return something and try and find out why it didn't work like they said it would.

Friendly Cashier Department

All registers are self-check out! Need I say more? It is not a convenience. We should be keeping people employed-not looking for ways to line the pockets of corporate. Totally insanity.

This store is the absolute BEST, bar none. From Jason on down the friendliness is an up lifter and I totally commit to searching for whatever I need there, First. Thank you all at the Coon Rapids store.

I had to make a large purchase for done remodeling at my church and I found s of the employees that I dealt with to be very caring, competent, and willing to help! They made the process pleasant and successful.

This store always provides the best "customer service", which is much appreciated. Other retailers offer a "robot" type of atmosphere and that is not welcoming. I have always experienced a helpful, warm, welcome at this store. This is my "go to" store, always.

The employees at the Coon Rapids store have always been very friendly, helpful and available when I have questions. Also, when I do have questions, I really trust their answers because I feel they are very educated on their products. The store is very clean, with clear signs for assistance in locating items.

There are people on the floor to actually help you navigate the store. I appreciate this help as a woman. They have great signs but sometimes you still need direction on the shelves. I've always found help in the isle. So nice not having to trapse all over the store, looking for help :)

I am always impressed and pleased that there's always a clerk who is pleasant and willing to help me when I need to find something. I have been in many retail stores where it seems almost impossible to find a clerk when I need one. Home Depot has more clerks available than any other retail I have visited. This store is always clean and staff is willing to help you find what you're looking for. We've purchased carpet, paint, appliances and more! Jason Bergeland and his team are knowledgeable and make each interaction count.

Bought two big ticket items. One was an Oklahoma Joe grill (Over $300) and the other was a Samsung refrigerator (Over $3,000) The grill was supposed to be assembled and ready for us to pick up in over a week. (Didn't happen...no phone calls, no updates) The Refrigerator didn't arrive on the schedule day. (Took off work to stay home during their "window of delivery"). I finally searched my voicemail and there was one just the day before and they rescheduled another day a week later and didn't even check to see if I could be off of work. I was livid. What was worse, the store mgr told me the delivery company stated "I called them." So, someone is lying and it isn't me. I certainly wouldn't tear apart my kitchen, vacuum out where the other refrigerator had been A WEEK EARLY?? No! Nothing offered for compensation (not a free bag of charcoal (grill); and nothing offered about the refrigerator. I told them to keep the fridge and went to Best Buy who price matches. And, if there is no remedy on this...I will cancel the credit card they placed in our name. Will not use it if they don't do something about these two bad experiences.

Went in today - December 2018 - and ALL of the cashier positions have been changed to "self-check-out" only. Unacceptable. I will not be back .Menards looks better all the time.

Can you spell "Dependability"? I love this store for all my projects. Everyone offers a smile and even a bit of advice should I need it. Love it.

Sales associates were available in all areas of the store and were all very polite and helpful.

I can't say enough about the people that work in this store. I always feel like I'm walking into a party full of friends. I know so many by first names, so it wouldn't be fair to everyone if I try to remember them all. But I feel like these people have the shoppers, the consumers' best interest at heart as they are always willing to help. Joe and Brenda at the pro desk are always willing to guide me with my projects. Neal, Nilda, TU, Lydia, Jo, Dawn, so, so many of them always so helpful. I want to Thank everyone at this store for making this my "go to" place for my projects.

I visited this location after having a bad experience with a competitor in the same area. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had exactly what I needed.

Ordered item online. It arrived at the closest store in less than a week. Went to pick it up, box was damaged. The toys opened at to check and make sure my product was not damaged. Also directed me to the tool area, where to employees quickly put put together my purchase and showed me how to work it, and also helped me put it in my car! Everybody was awesome and quick to help. Great experience at at 2803 Coon Rapids store!! Thank you!

I like that Home Depot has as much or more of the things I like to buy and that they can install just about everything that needs installation. I shop there a lot and always have a good experience there.
