Clean and very helpful

Not quite sure why you all do the surveys it seems nothing gets better with the customer service at this store. I am in this store all the time because I am a property manager and make several purchases a week, and it is so hard getting the employees to assist you, they are always focused on conversation outside of work with other employees.

The store is staffed with friendly knowledgeable and helpful employees.

I enjoy shopping at a home depot but today as was shopping and yes I purchased an item I was very disappointed in the customer service. As I was being serviced at the register the cashier ask did I need help carrying my items out and I told her yes but no one serviced me and I waited but no one ever help. I'm very disappointed this has never happened to me and I'm a senior citizen. Another customer saw me trying to pick up my items and ask did I need help and helped me..

I always get what I need in the Cordele, Ga. And the help is ready to serve me. The store is stocked well and clean.

My experiece is this store in alway very good. Today is was a little better than very good. I had pulled my back out earlier this week and needed not to lift anything. When I walked in the door, I saw a cashier standing in front of her register. She had no customers, so I asked her if she could get someone to load my boards. She looked put did not she anyone right away. She put on gloves and loaded my lumber on the cart. I check out and she put the lumber in my truck.

I love to visit Cordele Home Depot because the employees are nice, the store is clean and organized. I have no problems finding what I'm looking for.

The employees are always nice & asking do you need assistance. Young lady who works at front door is great! She automatically asked you do you need help finding any particular item.

The associates provide excellent customer service and they are knowledgeable about the products and they are very friendly

Love going to our Home Depot in Cordele, Georgia. Have some of the prettiest flowers. Love to walk around and look in the store.

We had an amazing experience in flooring. James was so helpful and knowledgeable about his department. He even looked on line to see if the tile we were looking for could even be bought. From start to finish he was amazing.

Home Depot in Cordele GA has always had in stock whatever I wanted. However, I bought a water softner online and had it shipped to my residence and now find that Home Depot in Cordele does not stock this type salt. They have pool salt but not any water softner salt. I understand this salt would be a slow seller, but if you buy a softner you should be able to buy the salt to use in it. This is the only problem I have had with this store. On the other hand, I've bought many items here with good results.and the employes were always very helpful.

This store is smaller that the Home Depot in Albany Ga but generally has most all the items needed.

I was in the process of completing a bathroom remodel, and when I got to installing the new vanity I realized I had gotten the wrong size P-trap. And with the client already Home waiting on the big reveal, I ran to the store I trust to have the right size and get me in and out as quick as possible. Home Depot. At this store I am always welcomed with smiling faces who are happy to help me get everything I need and are efficient on knowing the isle and sometimes the exact bay of products. Thanks

Honestly on this trip to Home Depot I simply went to grab a few smalls supplies for a drywall repair Job. But I spent maybe an hour talking to different employees, like Shameka telling me about the perfect paint to get. Elijah telling me about what new Ryobi Tools are available, and Takayla Making sure I looked at all the wood I need Before I checked out. I thank you Home Depot for always personalizing my experience.

This store has employees that make you feel at Home. Accepted no matter what your level of knowledge is. They are there to help, not to make people feel stupid. Yet at other hardware stores in Cordele the employees speak down to me. And make me feel dim witted if I don't know the proper name for a tool or what ever it is I need. With all that said, Home Depot of Cordele is now the only Hardware Store I will shop at.

Associates are usually helpful and friendly.
