Store is always clean, employees very friendly, always answer my questions and walk me to the specific aisle that I need. We use landscape department a lot.

I am in Home Depot a lot ,and the best cashier in the store is Francis .She is always kind ,loving and helpful and does a great job of interacting with customers.

My cashier, John, (Jonno?) was exceptionally helpful and efficient and went out of his way to help me with product knowledge and purchases. He made my whole visit worthwhile.

I was looking for an electric chain saw that was light that I could handle and would do the job that my electric hedge power unit could not do. I found the chain saw that fit my needs and for a very good price.

I love everything about my neighborhood Home Depot! From the friendly greeters to the Garden cashier with the seasonal headbands. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you to the right isle and product. I always find what I need or they guide me on where to go.

Love Your Store, Had What I Needed, Store Help Was Wonderfull

This is an excellent store, with great service.

For the most part the store is well stocked and the employees very helpful and knowledgeable in their respective departments. No one can know everything about all the products in the store. It simply is too big. Depending upon the staffing (sometimes you can't find anyone) it is a good shopping experience.

Johnny V, a cashier, was extremely friendly and helpful made check out very easy. He got someone to help put my items in my truck right away.

This is a well stocked store with good variety and many quality products. A few years ago I did not like this store as it was almost impossible to find an Associate to assist but that has so improved. When busy it is still sometimes it hard to locate an associate but when I find one they all have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the products or will find someone else who is. I rated 4 stars because 1) I Hate the self serve cashier system, want real people 2) The Customer Service desk teams was not helpful on my last visit.

I frequent your store and go to KATHY'S line whenever possible. KATHY is the best ever.I do,however have an issue. I was engaged in a very short conversation with KATHY and FRANCES from the othert register interrupts while KATHY,again, ask if my wife wants her own charge card,FRANCES comes over and tells me to come to her empty register and she will open thecredit card for me and my wife since KATHY had 3 people waiting to be check out by her(WHYFRANCES did not help them?)...v...very politely , I told FRANCES if I was to open another charge card,it would be with KATHY.tKATHY.the only reason why this slight incident bothered me was I knew your cashiers get points or however the amount is calculated. And "my poinypoint credit card" goes to Kathy. I asked very politely FRANCES walk away......Taway......THANKYOU

Customer service is awful. Professional contractors should not shop here: a lot of lost time and unhelpful people.

The team here in all departments is outstanding.

Clarrise (sp?) in Paint was extremely helpful. She took all the time we needed and answered everything regarding paint brands, types and usage. She was particularly helpful in deciding between your best two paints and the necessary application notes. Thank you.

Had a bad experience with the pluming dept help was called several times but nobody ever came had to find the stuff i needed by myself but the cashier had a real nice disposition and commented with the product that i had i was the person they were calling help for i told her yes but i never received any help her name is Christy having someone at least make your bad experience a little less stressful when u leave

Great customer service!

I had a great experience yesterday purchasing cushions for my patio. The cashier, Johnny, was very helpful during my transaction. In fact, when i forgot a bag of the things that I purchased, Johnny ran them out to my car. I'm glad I did not have to return to the store for forgotten items.

Great store.. Pretty busy most of the time. Had an absolutely great experience buying a BBQ with a man named Doug. If you ask him for help, you'll see what I mean!

The best Home Depot by far that I frequent due to the staff helpfullness and attitude.

Doug Ching is a valuable advisor. He redefines the meaning of customer service. He is courteous, very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and always ready to assist. He goes the extra distance to make sure the customer leaves the store with the questions answered. A great asset for Home Depot.
