Associates very helpful, courteous, and informative

All items were in-stock easy to find and a wide selection of items available.

All associates were willing to help and asked if we needed anything. Most of the plants were well taken care of and a nice selection.

I walked in needing a specific size wood panel. Found one that was close, and associate Ron suggested how to thin it out.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the location, however, it is smaller and has less stock than other Home Depots. I do wish there was more to choose from at this location.

For a small Home Depot store, they sure do a fantastic job at being knowledgeable & having products in stock when you need them!

Mark, an Associate at this store, was invaluable for his help today. He not only helped me locate what I needed, but suggested other items that I could use as well. I'm rarely one of the typical Home Depot shoppers, but look for items to use, not as they were designed for, but needed in what I do. Mark and several others at this store who have helped me in the past as valuable and very much appreciated. I'm fortunate to have them working at my local store and Home Depot, in my opinion, is fortunate to have them1

My visit at the Covington, TN store was great!!!! I found everything and more that I was looking for. I also found extra things to help my do it yourself job easier. The associates were very helpful and nice.I can't wait to return.

Matt Pickell and Dawn were the prime associates today. Matt dealt with me a couple times before I made my decisions of what I wanted to purchase. He ran me through many options and gave me several choices to consider as he did see that I was having some trouble focusing on what I needed in regards to verbage and what I was getting into. The week prior to the purchase the home depot.com was used to help get a bit more sorted out as to what I finally decided on. And the day of the purchase, Dawn was able to locate and explain each item I was getting, including ensuring I had the same batch number for the tiles I wanted, color coordinating the tile and grout i needed, inquiring if I had all the tools I needed and finally directing all the gathering of all the items including the yard helpers to ensure I was taken care of and able to not overload the pick up. The cashiers at check out at the register and at the gate exit were super folks. You had a real good team operation going there.

It's always a pleasure to shop at this store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The items I'm shopping for are generally always in stock and are competitively priced.

I like to save money doing repairs on my own. The problem I run into is I don't know the correct names for items. When I go into this Home Depot, I never have trouble finding someone to help me. I describe what I'm doing and what I need. If the associate is unable to understand what I mean (not unusual for me, I do have trouble with the correct wording), they will give me suggestions, show items, or ask me to take pictures of what I need. This has saved me from hiring expensive contractors to complete a simple job that anyone's grandmother can do, like me. Thank you!

The Store Associates at the Home Depot are always friendly and courteous and go out of there way to help!

The employees are great. The store does not have the items that maybe find in any Home Deport. The aisles are crowded with displays and not enough room for a cart

We were very pleased with the great help we got from James. He knew just what we needed when we described the project we were attempting! We are building a very ambitious chicken coop and we were trying to figure out what we needed for the watering system. Nailed it! Thanks James!

This store is great in location. It provides almost all the basics you will need for any small project. However, do not expect all of the items listed on the website to be readily available in the store.

I just transferred to the area due to work. I came from Norfolk, Va and I can tell you this, Covington Home Depot was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had. The employees are so humble and inviting, would go back anytime!!!

Again your store associate (Matt Pickell) came to the rescue for me by offering me options to my plan and came up with great solutions to my problem and what was neat - it was on hand and better then what I was looking for. He ensured it got loaded where it could not get damaged. The man is 100% Home Depot folks I like to have each time I come here to the store. His whole character is one of concern that I get the right stuff, friendliness, courteous, helpful and that I leave the store satisfied. Sooo Cooooll.

The Covington TN store always has a broad selection of in stock merchandise to choose from. Associate help is always available, questions are answered and the broad shoulder helping in loading is there. The store is CLEAN, ORGANIZED, UNCLUTTERED and well lit.

I love this Home Depot!! They always have everything i need and its easy to find and the staff is super friendly and always eager to help!!
