The Home Depot Associates where very friendly and knowledgeable about where everything I needed was and showed me were it was.

Every time I shop the Covington Home Depot I find the staff always helpful. It is very rare that I don't find what I need for my home projects.

Heidi the check out clerk was disarmingly friendly, cheerful and empathetic after an hour long wait for other store associates to find what the computer said was in stock. She left me feeling that I mattered and that the store was committed to customer satisfaction! I had to return that day for one of the shelving units was damaged and she put a good face on that situation also.

Everyone at this store has been amazing! They are so sweet to my daughter when she is fussy and doen with shopping and try to play with her, also the store is very clean and well organized. The staff is ready to help when asked and do not hesitate to ask if you are in need of help! I recommend getting your project supplies at this location!

Usually when my husband and I go to Home Depot and are checking out appliances, we have someone approach us right away. This time I went in with a friend and we probably looked for at least 10 minutes and then we had to look for someone to help us. I wondered if they were understaffed or just didn't think we were serious about shopping. We were indeed serious about shopping because my sweet friend wanted to buy me a fridge, dishwasher, and oven that all matched. Once we were finally helped, it was a good experience, but I couldn't help but wonder if they thought we were just looking for fun. I had my baby with me, so waiting for so long was rather inconvenient. It all turned out good in the end. :)

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and great at helping me get my cabinets in.

We knew exactly what we needed, found it quickly & went through the self checkout line in less than 10 minutes. Very happy customers!

Even though I don't bring my dog I think it is great that this location has taken it upon themselves to provide special carts for shoppers with pets. One thing I did notice about both the Covington and Issaquah locations is that during the week when there are few shoppers, there a tons of employees everywhere. On the weekends when it is really busy there are no employees to be found.

Had to return an item. Pretty simple since I had the reciept. Associate was not real friendly but got the job done.

Greeter advised me where to locate a product. Associate approached me while I was deciding which product to purchase and gave me helpful information to make my decision. Associate in Paint explained paint procedure and products to be used to get effect I was looking to achieve. Only one person in front of me at check-out and cashier was quick and friendly.

Because not everyone is an expert at repairing, painting, remodeling, it's important to be able to go into a store that caters to not only the professional but the first time novice. Most of us go in to a Home depot for answers and solutions. We expect that the staff will know where to find something and how to apply it to our projects. I have found that for the most part this particular location can cover all the bases.

The associates, starting at the front door, were right on it. They got me to the right place and specialist to help. It was very fast.

The gentleman that greeted me at the door when I entered the store was well informed and very helpful in directing me to where I would find what I needed. I was attempting a project that I had never done before and the sales associate I spoke with shared some very helpful tips.

We knew what we wanted, a new LG Washer. The store had it on hand and we went right to it. We had to wait a few minutes as all of the clerks were busy with other customers. Not a problem. The clerk answered nearly all of questions. The only minor problem I had was the price of the washer at the store was higher then what I had found on line, the clerks explanation was never clear to me. However she did figure in the best discount which lowered the total price. The price we paid was comparable to what we expected. Thank you Home Depot for military discounts, it brings me back for everything I need that you sell.

Couldn't find what I was looking for and Greg came by. He looked busy and I didn't want to ask for help but he stopped asked if I was finding everything ok and helped me quickly locate my item. There was only one. I needed several and he let me know when to expect more on the shelf. That's what I call great service. Thank You!

It was suggested to me by my contractor to purchase some Bona products for the new floor we had put in. They were easy to find, all in one place w/ lots of options of how I could purchase the kits. A female associate greeted me, knew just where the items were and the female cashier was courteous and efficient. Everyone was cheerful and it seemed like they liked working there. I was in and out quickly.

Lauren in Plumbing assembled the missing pieces I needed to install a floor model laundry sink. First associate gave me a bunch of stuff that didn't match the sink. Lauren figured out the needed pieces from cell phone photos and assembled what I needed in 10 minutes. I finished the project in 1/2 after returning home. I was really impressed with Lauren's knowledge.

This is a clean store and makes for a good shopping experience. The associates are so helpful in finding stuff and even helping load. I know I can get what I need and get help and info from the people. That's why I go there. I love to walk around and see what I can plan for my next project. Thanks Covington!!!

The store was so busy that we thought we would need to wait to talk to someone about getting carpet installed. However, an associate from another department (Elizabeth from cabinets) came over and helped us. She was great and really helped us decide on what kind of carpet we wanted to order. We were very pleased with the service! And, I think it's GREAT that you have reserved Veteran parking!!! Way to show appreciation for our veterans!

We needed a new refrigerator for our garage. Associate was extremely helpful, even walked us to a different department for another purchase after she completed our sale.
