The gals at the paint counter were wonderful. They did great in helping decide the best paint color I was looking for.

Terrible customer service!! What should have been a 10 min shopping trip ended up being about an hour due to the horrible employees at the store. I do not recommend going there. If you ask for the store manager, you are told that he is not available and that he could possibly be in on Sunday or Monday (this is a Friday evening). I am a professional electrician and have shopped at electricial supply stores and home improvement stores for about 20 years. This was the WORST customer service and shopping trip I have ever had. I will never set foot in that store again.

The store associates in this store are very helpful and friendly, I know when I come here that I will find my product and get help whenever needed. Thanks to all.

We went right to the paint department, got help right away and were wished a Happy 4th of July. Fast easy service, there. Then went to garden and was shown the mobile app to find things in the store. By the time we got back to paint, our order was ready and we had no waiting in line to check out. Both the paint associate and the checkout associate made sure we had the rebate offer for the paint and the duplicate receipt to send in.

I liked that when I was in need of assistance, I found someone right away that was eager to offer me help. I came in to find out more about Deckover since seeing the commercials about it on TV. The paint lady really was good to explain what I need to do to prep the deck and apply it. I think her name is Audrey. The cashier, her name is Kaylee, was very fast and courteous as well. The store in Covington is not only close to where I live but one of high quality as well.

The friendly staff are always fun to chat with. Learning new things every-time.

I have to say this time I had a pleasant experience at this location. The associates were all friendly, helpful and genuinely happy. Previous experiences was not nearly as pleasant as this one. Keep up the good work!

My husband has difficulty walking and having ladders, boxes, kiosk blocking walkway through store yanks my chain. Since most products are located in back isles I find getting there a challenge. It often causes me to spend more and go to ACE when I have Joseph with me.

Everyone was nice and it was fast. Ordering online was easy.

We were looking for a new Barbque for my son-in law on Fathers day.. Although the store was very busy and lots of people looking at the Barbques. Cathy was very helpful and found out about the unit we we were looking for , and she also told us about getting an additional discount. Thanks for the help

Currently working on re-doing a large recroom area. We have visited this store about 10 times in 10 days and have more visits to go. Most involved the paint department. Once out of the 8 times I had about a 40min wait, but the other times were excellent - only about 5 min while they mixed the samples. (Devon, at the paint counter, is EXCELLENT.) We have also visited the flooring department at least 4 times - one time the associate was excellent, one time I couldn't find anyone, and twice the associate was very friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Both Kaylee and Lauren were very friendly and helpful at checkout. The other departments we used were standard. We use this Home Depot regularly May-November, and overall it is great and we recommend it.

I had been mixed a paint color that was way lighter than what I wanted and I was so disappointed. I brought it back to the pain department and A was so kind and helpful in helping me find the perfect color for my sons room. She helped other customers while my paint was in the shaker and was always professional and friendly. Although it took a few tries she totally nailed it, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I bought a LG washer, dryer and refrigerator here. The sales associate was helpful, available, and attentive. I was mainly in the appliance section during the Labor Day sale but it had a large selection and what wasn't available in store the sales clerk helped us look up the products online. Low pressure high satisfaction.

Easy to find and great help. They had everything that I needed.

Too many employees standing around talking by the cash registers, no offer of help when a clerk could not find the SKU on a product. I ended up having the clerk cancel my purchase so I could go back and get the SKU myself. All while 5 employees are standing in the self check area talking, with no offer of help. The poor clerk was obviously new and was having a hard time but none of the others offered to help him or me. Poor customer service and teamwork

I never have a problem with any of the staff. They have always gone above and beyond.

I normally try to order online and pick up at the store. I do this as often as possible because in past experiences, I was never able to find an associate to help me or they just completely ignored me. In one visit I was able to find 4 associates just hanging out in an isle talking about the past weekend and when I asked for their help they acknowledged me but kept on with their conversation. If they were on a break of some sort, it should be done off of the floor. I would recommend the store using online order / store pickup to others, but would warn that they would be on their own if in store shopping.

I always find the employees in this store to be very helpful. This visit I was prepared to purchase a new refrigerator. The Appliance Specialist, Eren, was johnny-on-the-spot to assist me. I had done my due diligence on the product I wanted to purchase, but she went through all its features anyhow. She was quick to point out that the price listed had another special store discount to be taken off at time of purchase. When I asked about the no-interest payment plan, she immediately got on the phone to the accounting office and waited patiently until they gave her the ok to do it. She set up a delivery date and noted that I would probably require a new connection line which she added to the charge. Overall she made the purchase go very smoothly and I was in and out of the store in a short time.

She was working really hard that day, Memorial day and was gracious and quick to help.

Rohan went beyond great customer service. I was unreasonable and Rohan stayed calm and found the correct information. Even after he retrieved the correct product I told him he was wrong. He even called my home Home Depot in California to try and find the product I wanted. I ended up buying the product that Rohan had found for me. Once I got back to my daughters house I looked at the old receipt and found out that I WAS WRONG. Rohan had found the correct product. I would appreciate it if Rohan is recognized for the exceptional way he handled himself. Thank you Rohan for allowing an old lady to be wrong and maintaining your composure so as to allow me to keep my dignity. Linda Smith

Residing in Maple Valley, I was thrilled when Home Depot opened in nearby Covington. I can always count on a good selection on almost any product, and am always at the nursery in the summer months. Have always found the customer service to be reliable and the store neat and well-organized.

I was greeted with smiles from all associates--very helpful--I am from out of town and everybody treated me like a local patron--even when I brought back items Thank You for being a great store to shop in

I like that I can take my dog into the store, it is fun.

My wife and I visited this store and we had some questions about how to deal with the weeds, bamboos and ivy. Three associates were very helpful in assisting us and answered all our questions. We recommend this store to everyone!

If shopping for a new kitchen or bath, Desiree at Home Depot is the person to talk to. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Working with her was a wonderful experience.
