THE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED WITH HER HELP!

Excellent customer service from Cashier, Kemla, and associate in lumber, Rick on this otherwise very busy day. They were able to cut 30 minutes off my visit and still help me find more than what I went in after and obtain information for my return visit.

I knew what I needed, had purchased it before. Staff was friendly, greeted me and asked if I needed help upon entering store. I didnt. I found what I needed and checked out using self-checkout. Cashier thanked me for shopping at Home Depot and told me to have a good day. Only not excellent things, the few isles I went down were a little cluttered. Otherwise clean, friendly environment.

Great paint selection, using behr premium has already begun to make the house look more "homey"

AFTER HAVING MY MEASUREMENT, THEY CALLED THE VERY NEXT DAY AND EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT MY PRICING WOULD BE WITH THEM MOVING MY FURNITURE OR IF WE DID IT, ALSO THE SAME THING WITH THEM TAKING UP OUR OLD CARPET OR IF WE DO THAT ALSO, IT WAS NICE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE PAYING FOR AND FOR WHAT. THANKS AGAIN!!

WE WENT TO THE STORE KINDA FRUSTRATED WITH WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH WITH OTHER STORES. HOME DEPOT GOT US WHERE WE WANTED TO BE AND AFTER ALL THE FLOORING WE HAD ALREADY LOOK AT, I LIKED WHAT HOME DEPOT OFFERED, AND ORDERED RIGHT THEN AND THERE.. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR FLOORING I RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR A LOOKSEY.

Love going to Home Depot. Best thing (from a building materials aspect) to happen to Crawfordsville. Can be a little pricey, but throw in gas and time, it's still less expensive than going to other businesses in town. Associates are friendly and the store is clean. We appreciate having this store within a 10 minutes drive.

I'am a Contractor & I have shopped at a lot of material stores in my lifetime,but this store takes care of me better than any I've dealt with.They treat Me with utmost respect & I appreciate each & every one of the workers & management.

A store employee stopped me on my way back to the tile area. She asked if i needed any help. When i said no she made sure i knew her name, and to let her know if i needed anything. Soon i found myself needing to know the approximate distance of something. She allowed me to use her tape measurer. She helped me figure out the distance. She did this with a smile on her face. She was very pleasent and made me enjoy my experience. Im not one that likes to spend money, however she made me feel as if it would be ok and helped me relax when deciding on the tile i wished to have. She did this by helpjng me hold up the tile under certain light, gave me her honest opinion amd not that of a sales person. Im glad she understood im not buying a car and dont want to feel pushed into buying something. Her opinions dod not always match mine and she gave me reasoning why she did not like that particular choice made. She had very logical opinions. And i appriciate that. Although i did not buy any tile today. I def feel as if i have furthered my choice on which one to chose. And when i do come get it i can only hope she is there to assist me. Thank you nancy.

The store was very clean, associates were very willing to help, the store is organized and the aisles are very well marked as to what is in them and it was a very wonderful experience

Everyone at The Home Depot was extremely helpful!! From the cashier who handled my return, to the cabinet guy that helped me with my carpet, to the cashier who found someone to help me get my carpet to my car. Very nice to go to a store and have so many nice people willing to help.

Associate was great as well as the gal at check out. Found what I needed, but still learning the store layout. I was a Lowes man before due to a bad experience in one at a Home Depot in Indianapolis. This store in Crawfordsville has changed my mind.

Home Depot is the best hardware store in Crawfordsville IN. It is the one store where both my wife and I like to 'window shop'. No matter what the project, they will usually have the required parts and materials. Not always the cheapest, but always good value for money. The associates are often ex professionals and always knowledgeable ... if not they'll find another associate that is. Check out is always easy, I use the self-checkout; and help to load the truck is always just a question away. Well done the Home Depot team ... and no, they are not paying me for this review :)

I went into pick out a trimmer, I had already looked around online and at comments. The sales associate was very friendly and related his personal experience and informed me of the warranty. Very pleasant experience - thank you!

We have been looking for laminate flooring for some time and kept getting the run around by other companies. Happened to be in the area with family and decided to stop in. They definitely had a larger selection than anywhere we had been. Bonnie was our associate. She was great. Answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) until we were satisfied. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great store. Would definitely make the 45 minute drive from our house to shop there again.

Store associates were able to answer my questions and help me find the products I needed for my garden project.

Always a good experience. Knowledgeable workers. Have been shown many ways to do things at a cost savings. I am there at least once a week.

The products on the store shelves were fully stocked and the associets were bery helpfull and friendly.
