I love shopping at this location, the employees are always friendly willing to assist in any possible way, and I love that.

A few guys in garden were very helpful!! Joe, Kurt and Thomas did a wonderful job helping me lift heavy items in the garden section. They were professional and knowledgeable!

W are doing major projects on our home and spend quite a bit of money at Home Depot. I don't mind loading my materials myself, but more often than not I need help. You try and find an associate to help and that's almost impossible! And if you do more often or not they say they will page someone for you. You stand around waiting and then wait some more. Then you go up and have someone paged yourself. More time wasted! Then you stand around waiting for 20 minutes or more and still no one shows up!! This isn't just once or twice this has happened, it happens all the time! And we are in Home Depot at least 3 times a week! What does it take to get good help these Days??? People are just down right lazy and don't want to work!!!! And this isn't the only Home Depot it happens at!!!!

I bought a Weber grill and it was a great experience, even with the original grill being damaged when it was delivered the sales associate made sure they exchanged that grill with another. Great sales associate and very nice person.

Very convenient store and products are easy to find

The rental center clerk was very helpful in making sure we had the equipment and it was readily available. If anything could've been improved, it would've been that there were more than one clerk in the rental center to help take care of customers, but overall it was a good experience and I got what I came for.

With needing assistance, to find an associate was a little difficult, and too find one that was knowledgeable of the products that I bought. I needed black headed screws for the plumbing floor flanges that I bought or something that would work, the associate couldn't give me any advice or directions as to the screws. Overall, a good experience at Home Depot. I marked "Good" for the Associate Helpfullness because he was very helpful, but in my opinion too young to know enough about building materials.

I always have a good time when I am in the Cross County store. Associates are great and knowledgable.

The store is at a convenient location and has prices competitive with similar stores in the area. It is well maintained and stocked and usually has what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was clean and I knew what I needed to get. End.

I WAS IN AND OUT THROUGH THE CUSTOMER U-SCAN WITHIN TEN MINUTES. I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE STORE AND GO THERE 2 - 3 TIMES PER WEEK

Isle ways are becoming extremely cluttered at this store, has become a pain to shop here due to difficulty moving carts and objects through store. If you need an item from a top shelf be prepared to wait upwards of a half hour or more, this has happened on multiple occasions. Garden center has been a joke this year, with rude people watering plants while trying to shop and move carts around and few associates available to load. Carts all over the parking lot lately.

This was the cleanest and friendliest Home depot location I have ever been and I have shopped at several Home Depot locations. My husband and I have been in business since 1983 and now shop only at this location. They make you feel like your the only customer in the store and your important, and that means a lot today.

As always, enjoy shopping here because there is always something new to look at or we can rely on Home Depot having that one thing we need to complete a project.

The store is always clean and can always find an associate who is eager to assist.

Young man working the area around the grill / light bulb area was very courteous and made sure to ask if I found everything I needed. Hopefully all the other associates are as kind and professional as he.

I purchased a lot of paint for a rehab that we were doing and had the pleasure of working with Michelle in the Paint Department. I had no idea what I needed and Michelle was patient and provided great direction and assistance. Keep up the great work young lady!

It was refreshing to see and deal with new or employees of old that ARE decent, caring and dedicated in what they do. This is a breath of fresh air.

Store is always very clean ,Associate are always helpful

I went shopping for 4 bags of 2qf soil, 3 buckets and seeds. There was NOBODY in the Garden Nursery to ask for help. I had no room or extra hands for the soil as I had a 4 month old and 3 year old. I paid for my items inside as they had the main nursery doors closed to the outside. I asked the cashier if the pull up gate was staffed to pick up my 4 bags of soil and was told yes somebody should be out there. Just show them my receipt for help. I took my buckets, seeds, and kids and loaded them up. Drove to the gate and nobody was there. I called the front dest for help and they told me to park in front of the main door for help. Nobody came out to help me. I unloaded ny kids and had to go back into the store find the soil I paid for load them up on a flat cart myself while holding the carseat andand keeping my 3 year old close by. I pulled all of us and it out to my car and loaded it up myself. I will not be shopping here again. Meijer is much more helpful. So is Lowes.

I found the lack of help in the gardening section to be problematic. First, there was a line of about ten people waiting for the one single cashier to take care of all of us. I had two carts myself and was with two other women who had a cart each. Second, I wanted to purchase a Christmas Holly bush, but knew from past experience that in order for her to produce the lovely red berries, she would need to see a male holly bush, which, I couldn't find. There was no one available to help me. I searched the inside and outside of the store, but found no one. Finally, the Bell Nursery rep took pity on me and we were able to discuss the necessity of the male plant for the female to produce. I thought perhaps since it had been many years since I'd had a holly bush, there may be new variations today that do not need the stimulation from another plant. To summarize, you need more help in your gardening section, It's spring in Cincinnati for goodness sake!

The associates at the store were amazing. Very knowledgable and helpful. Made purchasing a pleasant experience.

Garden center was well stocked with all I needed for top grade garden and flower planting supplies.

store associates were very helpful. in fact i received a lesson in how to attach humming birds thruout the spring and summer.
