Very clean and well organized store Fast and friendly csutomer service

This is my store. I am always treated like I am important and store personnel pay attention to my needs. I recently bought a barbecue grill there and need help from customer service. Lucky for me, I got Alexandra Ingram to help me. If you ever shop at this store, ask for her.

Train employees to a level that key employees working do not have to complete their training for the employee while the store is at its height of customer serice and sales. Draw from the knowledge of key store employees who have the first hand knowledge of problems and listen to them to fix those problems.

This store had friendly employees. They took they’re time to explain paints and helped put my colors together to create my bedroom.

Always excellent customer services and the employees are always smiling.

Great customer service by Scott in Lumber Dept. I usually shop at the competitor store. I decided to see what type of railing systems that Home Depot had. I was very happy I made the short drive to Home Depot. We were met with help, and in fact, more employees offered assistance to us throughout the store. Scott actually helped us the most, and even helped with picking out 2x4s for us out of a large stack. He took my husband throughout the store picking out supplies that we needed to make our project successful. Thank you to Home Depot for realizing that they needed more staffing for customers. Too many of these home improvement stores are staffed minimally. I must have had at least 4 employees offer assistance on this particular day.

Employees using blowers to clean the garden dept. when customers were trying to shop. Took 2 hours to get the dust out of our eyes.

We experienced real old fashioned customer service. Haven't seen much of that in a while. It sure makes a difference when associates are happy. Management must be doing something right. It was truly a pleasure to have shopped at the Culebra location. 4 out of 5 sales associate that helped us during our 2 hour shopping visit, were truly helpful. Now that we've decided to gradually renovate our home it's good to know you are close by and have a true service attitude.

A computer glitch in quantity at the Cambry store caused us to buy our 30 cases of flooring from the Culebta store. What I found pleasantly surprising was that an employee of the Cambry Store, Diane, called me to inform me of the error. A Game plan was set up for another store, the Culebra Store, who had all 30 cases plus the all accessories to be my pick up and POS store. Diane, cancelled my ONLINE ORDER and instructed me to see Richard, at the other store and repurchase the items so I could be ready for my 800am Saturday start up. What was even nicer was I was having Dinner at Olive Garden and there was a HOME DEPOT, THE CULEBRA STORE, 5 minutes away. So I didn’t have to rush my meal or to the store. I will let you all know how easy or not, it was to install this flooring. Those reviews all have 4 STARS so we bought into other customers’ experiences for OUR purchase.

The staff at this location are consistent in their desire to help the customer even if I don’t really know what I need to get the job done. From the garden section, clear up to the lumber section, I wander looking at all the displays. LOL, I usually have at least one or two staff members ask if they can help me find something. They are always friendly and seek to be helpful with whatever I ask them about and if they don’t know, they will find someone who does. I find that very different then most DIY stores. A very tight little community of nice people.

The customer service was much better than other home improvement stores I have visited. I was made to feel like a valued customer by Cody, the young man who took care of me. He took time to explain and answer all of my questions.

This store is 'my store' because it is close to my home and I just like shopping at this location. The employees are so helpful and answer all my questions when I ask them. The store is always organized and clean. And I love the garden center!

Need more help in loading dock, need to stock items for merchandise purchased there.
