The associates were friendly and when we asked questions she could not answer she got a specialist for that dept.

It is great to go to Home Depot and fine help when you need it and not be pestered when you don't need help.

I was visiting my daughter in the San Antonio area and she needed some work done on her fence and It was so good to be able to find a Home Depot that I could pick up supplies to work on the fence.

My wife and I were shopping for a new front exterior door. We know nothing about installing them or which kind was best to buy and help with sound. We worked with a great guy named Bryan in the door department. He helped us find a great door to fit our budget and it looks great. We are very happy customers. Bryan also went above and beyond to help us with our flooring questions as well due to him just moving over from that department. He was a great go to guy for the two projects we wanted to accomplish. Definitely would recommend the Culebra location and if you are in the need of flooring or a door just ask for Bryan.

Products are easy to find. Great prices and variety is great.

Great customer experience! Roel was great in helping us out on looking at different doors for the front, patio, back and security Doors. He explained the process of ordering and installing, gave educated recommendations and even helped discuss finance options. Overall experience was awesome! I cant wait to have my new doors installed.!!

I WALKED INTO THE STORE, AND THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE FLOOR SECTION, I WAS LOOKING FOR SPACERS FOR A TILE JOB , THAT i HAD BEGUN. AND I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE , TO GET SOMEONE IN THAT DEPT, JUST TO DIRECT ME TO THE AREA. POOR SERVICE, I SELF CHECKED OUT.

Orlando deserves a raise! I hope Home Depot realizes what an excellent employee they have in him... genuinely friendly, VERY knowledgeable, not pushy, and truly takes care of you from start to finish.

we requested a sliding door measure to replace with French doors, all went very well, only problem we had is getting the order to run on the computer. they were doing an upgrade on there system and it took forever for It to go thru, we had to go back the next day to do. they need to the upgrades at night when store is closed.

they have everything in stock and are very freindly

I purchased 26 stone 16x16 bricks employees came to assist me immediately when I needed to load the bricks into the truck

When I entered the store, an associate was there to greet me. I advise what I wanted to purchase and another assciate, Raul came to assist me. I told him what I needed, gave him my dead battery and he knew exactly what I needed. He was very warm and friendly. Associates like Raul is the reason I shop at your stores. Thank you.

This is the best store in San Antonio. The management is always helpful and the store is always clean. If you are in the remodeling business or would like to remodel your home make sure that you talk to these people. They stand behind their warranty. Now as you know most of San Antonio contractors are not good. My Wife and I had problems with 3 contractors. We went to home depot and asked for a lady name Miracle. Problem solved. This lady is so nice and sweet but made sure that each and every contractors did their job. They were usually back at our home in the next 24-48 hours. My hat goes off to these people. I sold my home in 3 days because of the great work done by home depot.

Someone walked me to the area to get what I needed and even suggested something that would work better than what I had picked out!

Was able to get the right parts and equipment for the job that I needed to complete. Thanks for the support of the staff giving me guidance for installation.

i was having a bad day,sweaty and tired from dealing with amalfuntioned gas cook top, ifound what i needed (IDENICAL GE REPLACEMENT) WITH LITTLE BOTHER IN A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHEREI left the store in abetter mood !!!!

This wasn't the fastest trip due to needing assistance from an employee to get special order of wire, but his helpful attitude and friendly demeanor more than made up for it. Good people working at this store.
