Back of store adjacent to lumber yard and doors was in disarray due to several carts with assorted merchandise scattered haphazardly in the back aisle. Several employees were at the front of the store milling about. I obtained the wrong water softener salt due to different varieties being stored in different locations throughout the store.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The staff are so helpful with a variety of issues, such as returns, finding the right size light for my kitchen, helping me carry products to my car and so much more. The displays are better than more stores and are organized, e.g. the tile selection.

Always had a good experience at this location

I had a great experience at this store. My salesman, Ernesto, was very pleasant and knew the products very well. He explained in detail the differences in the models of washers that I was looking to purchase. He was available immediately so I did not have to wait for customer service. Ernesto explained the delivery process to me......stressing the importance of not signing for delivery until I inspected the washer for appearance flaws and tested to see if the washer was working properly. The delivery was great and came when expected. Abby, the delivery guy, was very kind, friendly and resourceful. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot on 1604/Culebra in San Antonio, Texas. Fantastic experience overall!

The store is nice but the customer service was very poor. The workers at the tile department did nothing other than point and say an isle number to help us even tho we told them we didn’t know what the products were. In contrast at lows the cabinet guy helped us with the tile products and went out of his way to provide us with good service. Go to lows not Home Depot. Customer service is everything

Employees and store atmosphere are great!!

Home Depot had a small hot water heater in stock the perfect dimensions for my small closet area. So great!!!

I've used this location twice now for major purchases for appliances. Have had good service and no issues with the appliances I've bought or the delivery/installation.

Like is said in my survey, Norma helps me out any questions I may have. She helped me ask for more credit on my Home Depot card to prepare for Black Friday. I bought over 800 dollars on my card. I am very happy with my purchases and deals! I will be back soon. Happy holidays and thank you very much!!!!

Products are easy to find. Customer service its great at the Culebre location. Eden did an excellent job answering all my questions about a couple of items before I purchased them. Store is clean and well stocked with tools.

The Help I got from Tanya/5 was great

My husband and I were in this store this afternoon and were helped by several staff members. Actually 2 in each of the 2 departments we were in. When a staff member was uncertain of what we needed or where to find it, another staff member was right there offering to help. The cashier was also helpful offering to check us out when she saw we were looking for a register. Usually this Home Depot has more staff available to assist you, but especially today, they had a lot of staff working. Thank you Home Depot.

The store itself is good and has what you need. Overall the store employees are good but as they say, there is always one bad apple. And that apple is JACOB. If he is at the register, steer away from him unless you want someone rude and not a people person to wait on you. He really needs to be in the back loading or unloading materials, way away from people.
