Christmas outdoor decorations were slim, but we did find something we could us. Store associate stopped what he was doing to assist us, and this was appreciated. At this time of year it is difficult for any store to keep up with certain demands of supplies, but this store was trying.

I purchased a single item. I usually find what I'm looking for and a few things for future projects.

Stop by the customer service desk to get 12 month special financing on the patio door and pergo Xp and had a great salesmen on the floor who knew exactly what to grab and there's nothing better than getting home and installing the product without having to go back to grab a missing item or piece. This turned out to be a flawless installation today and an exceptional shopping experience today, thanks Home Depot.

Chris in plumbing was able to help us quickly & accurately. Also, Elizabeth at checkout was very friendly.

Today was Black Friday and for it being as crazy as it was the workers did a great job. I had no problem finding anything, everyone was super helpful. I will bring my business back again and again.

We have always been very loyal Lowes shoppers. We recently had a very bad experience which brought us to Home Depot. the associates at this particular Home Depot store are extremely help and knowledgeable. they don't hesitate to take you right to the area where your product is stored and help you with any questions. I truly enjoy going to this store.

I wish I'd known how more economical it is to shop at Home Depot than it is to shop at your competitor's store before we bought the new kitchen sink. I ended up returning the kitchen sink I bought at Lowe's so I could purchase one just like it at Home Depot because I saved myself $50 by purchasing the sink at HD. I wish you would build a store in Stow because the only reason I end up shopping at Lowe's most times is because I don't want to drive to Chapel Hill. Also, it seems like you can almost always find someone to help at HD, but I always have a hard time finding someone to help me at Lowe's. I don't know if it's because the help hides at Lowe's or if it's because they need to hire more help, but it's very discouraging to shop in a huge store like these two if you can't find an associate to help you find things. So, to make sure you realize what I wanted to say: The prices are WAY better at HD, the associates are WAY more available, knowledgeable and polite at HD, but the store is located too far away from Stow, Oh.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND THINGS WERE EXACTLY WHERE THE MOBILE APP SAID. ONE ASSOCIATE NAMEDVITO , WAS SUPER HELPFUL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIM ALONE WOULD MAKE ME COME BACK TO THE STORE IF I NEEDED ANSWERS.

I love this store. The variety of products is astounding and everything is easy to find and get from the shelves. What stands out most to me is the tool section and lumber section. Both have a great selection and the layout is very understandable as far as finding what you are looking for. I will definitely be back!
