Went in to buy black mulch. Display of plants by perennial/annual and sizes let me pick a plant on an impulse buy. Great layout.

I came in about 90% sure of what I was after. I found an employee to chat with briefly about the differences between a couple grills. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. He was able to lead me to the person who could get me set up with a Free Assembly. Process was painless.

This transaction is boring, sorry. I bought sand, duct tape and a light bulb for the fridge. The sand and the bulbs are on opposite sides of the store. (I was directed to the bulbs by an associate in a wheel chair, which I think is a good thing) Please change the location of these things for the next time I need bulbs and construction material, lol. Thank you.

Store was cluttered and some miles blocked by scaffolds and ladders. Store was well organized asles need to be marked well on front and back, but The eight helpful friendly associates I had to talk to all knew where the specific items I was looking for, so I was able to find them just took a lot longer.

Maybe because I live in an old house, I seem to always find myself at Home Depot. Luckily they know what I need, even if I don't!

The store is very big and has a wide selection but if your needing to find some assistance you really need to search for someone to help you. We had a hard time looking for the product we needed, eventually found it, but would have liked some assistance. The store is great, better than Lowes, and I would always recommend Home Depot to anyone

Purchased A major appliance at this store in late February this year. Having problems with this appliance that I could not get resolved through manufacture customer service. I contacted the sales associates at this store, Consie Downs, Frank, Julie, they took up the issue and with the help of supervisor Sue Drop they resolved the problem. In todays world where customer service seems to be lacking it is very satisfying to find people such as these that are willing to help. I have enjoyed shopped at this store since it opened and now have even more reason to continue shopping here.

I am a disable Marine Corp vet. I can't carry much nor can I get around very well. It was so nice to receive the help with directions and the assistance in carrying my purchases.Those employee's that I dealt with were very kind and considerate. This location makes shopping for home repair easy. They are friendly, knowledgeable and take the stress out of shopping.

store is always clean and products are easy to find

This store is always ready to help with my home projects. This applies to all of the staff. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful as well. The only negative I have is for some of the return staff friendliness.

As usual, the parking lot was full of carts, some blocking the handicap parking spaces. There are too few handicapped spaces for you to allow 2 of them to be blocked by carts. It's bad enough the customers are too lazy to bring the cart to a collection point. (I always do that, and I am handicapped.) I was in the store for 45 minutes and when I went out the same carts were in those spaces, and in fact more had been added. You need to stay on top of that not only for parking but to make sure the shoppers have carts. 4 aisles were closed due to restocking, and no associate can know what I am looking for to walk to the closed off area to find it for me. Do this stuff at 6am when the store is not busy, not 2pm when there is a large amount of traffic. I'd just as well go to Lowe's but this is close to my house. It doesn't matter to me where I buy hardware type items.

I received great help with researching attachments for the riding lawn mower and friendly check out experience.
