I had a Great Experience with the VERY Experienced Sales Associate Mondo and the Check-Out Associate Iliana. Mr. Perez was able to offer me several deals that were happening at the store and saved me litterally over $200 on buying some new equipment for my business: NRCL, LLC, which does Art and Display Apparatus Fabrication for Artist, Galleries and Museums. Iliana was very patient, helpful and friendly while checking out my purchase of over $1200. Thanks Again you Two! I'll be back again soon!

The store was clean and I was in and out just as I wanted.

I came to this home depot about mid day to purchase a shower filter head,. As usual everything was simple to locate, and quick and easy to check out. I'll be back (in terminator voice)

This home depot was great, it was hot outside today and it was so fresh inside; the ac felt great. And my family took our time looking around. My daughter loves the racing-shopping carts with the wheels. Im a DIYer and Home Depot is my home to me.

I always shop at Home Depots because they usually have what I need and the service is generally good. Prices are reasonable on most items.

I highly recommend using the web site to locate the things you need. It will tell you if it is in stock at that store and also tell you what aisle and bin it is located, saving you a lot of time. Also will tell you how many items in stock. The self check-out is great if you have a small order.

We have shopped at this Home Depot many times and have always been satisfied. The other day I had to visit 3 different Home Depots in search of a discontinued item for our bathroom remodel. The Cypress Park store was by far the friendliest, cheeriest (good music playing!) and most helpful of all 3. I will remain loyal to Cypress Park!

I was about 5th in line to get assistance from, Chris, but it was well worth the wait! It's pretty rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable & has product knowledge but to also be personable, a good listener & have patients. He was able to see the problem i was having, through pics on my phone & give me options on how to fix the situation "the right way" You need more employees like this! To maintain the integrity of these stores

Working on my latest "honey-do" project I purchased almost 100 cinder blocks over the last month. This has required me to make half a dozen trips to the Cypress Park Home Depot. When I have asked a store associate for help in loading up my cart with 8x8x16 cinder blocks they were accommodating. Plenty of blocks were always available and neatly stacked in the store. On my second trip to pick up more blocks the cashier told me about the Pro Extra Reward Savings Program and how I could take advantage of savings. It took less than a minute for the cashier to sign me up and I was pleased to hear that a copy of my receipt would be sent to the email address that I provided. This retiree appreciates and welcomes the help the store provides in loading items. I recognize Pro Loader, Mr. Andres, who helped me by loading the cart of cinder blocks in my truck that was parked close instead of having me wait in a long line of contractors loading material into their work trucks. By walking 30 extra steps and spending 3 minutes loading, Mr. Andres minimized traffic congestion and made me one impressed and happy customer. Someone else, “just doing their job” could have easily told me to get in line behind the contractor trucks that were loading up. On the latest trip that I made to Home Depot I just happened to walk by Pro Loader Mr. Andres, as I entered the store. It was the middle of the afternoon on a week day so it was not as busy as it can be in the morning hours. I mentioned to Mr. Anders that I was here for 23 cinder blocks. He accompanied me to the Building Materials area and placed the cinder blocks on my cart and let me know that he would be waiting outside to help me load them into the truck after I saw the cashier. The Cypress Park store is fortunate to have employees, like Mr. Andres, set the example and delight customers with friendly help. Having considerate employees that care about the customer experience draws return customers back to the store. I know this first hand because I have two other Home Depots that I use to do business at that are closer to my home.

I always love shopping at Home Depot because the people are so friendly, I always find the products I want, and it's right here in my community!

It's in a good location, great hours. Sometimes I go to Home Depot at night because it's not as crowded.

Great place to shop everything you need for your home building supplies. It is like everything you look for under one roof.

The employees here would rather look into their cell phone or talk to each other about their weekend than actually help a customer.
