Associates were helpful and friendly. Did not mind helping with my needs. Store was clean and organized in a way that made sense to me.

This store always has store associates that will walk you to the correct location in which your products that you wish to purchase are located so it is enlightening that you can still get customer service like this in the larger consumer oriented stores like Home depot.

GOOD PEOPLE GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD PRODUCTS

Hey, folks...just some feelings from visiting Home Depot again, yesterday. Please think of your handicapped customers...no benches to sit on, and bend the knees. Many of us do not wish to ride around in an electric buggy, which might give out at any moment. Handicapped restrooms near the checkout would be so great...I had to leave aisle 13 and walk, painfully, to the restroom, then back again. It hurt. I got up to the register, to wait for my friend, with no place to sit down. When I asked for directions to the area for well pumps, one employee asked another, who shrugged her shoulders, and said, "I don't know." Then she walked away. That is not friendly, or helpful. I want to give my thousands of dollars to the store that is helpful, and thoughtful of people like me, with ''football knees''. Thank you for asking my opinion.

They had the item I was looking for and the service was great.

The store was very nice, we have been there 4 times since moving to the area. Everyone in the store is very helpful and friendly. I haven't had a bad experience at all, people go out of their way to be nice to you and ask if you need help!!!

The store was clean and well lit. We were greeted upon entering store and a small return was handled quickly. Then we were directed to aisle for the products we needed. Once on that aisle, an employee named Mr. Brown was there to assist us. He was friendly and very understanding of our needs. Our purchase was made so much easier with his help. The checkout person was also super nice. It was a great shopping experience!

We shop the Danville, VA Home Depot all the time. They always have what we need on hand and the employee's are very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady in the paint area was terrific (sorry I didn't get her name but I do remember she was originally from Wisconsin) and, the check out clerk (Brenda) outstanding. Both of these ladies reminded me to submit my receipt and the paint rebate form for a $10/gallon rebate. I bought 2 gallons so I'll be waiting for my $20 rebate. The ladies said it will come in the mail as a debit card so I'll be watching for it. THANKS HOME DEPOT. We tried that other store but you can never find anyone to help you and when you do, they never had what we want in stock. So, it's Home depot for our home improvement supplies.

This store seems to always have the shelves stocked very well and neat. Very easy to find wheat you are looking for and need, and easy to retrieve the items. If you need assistance, that is always easy to find. Associates are always eager to assist you in finding what you need. The store is so clean all the time, even in the foulest weather the associates manage to keep the floors clean and dry most all the time. I find it a pleasure to shop at Home Depot of Danville.

Every time I go to the Home Depot in Danville, which is a lot, they staff there if very helpful, friendly and courteous. They always help me find what I need and guide me to the proper tool needed to do the job. I am moving this week to Massachusetts and hope the Home Depot there will be just a helpful.
