The cashier Lucy went out of her way to help me checkout. I was about to self checkout with a large bag of potting soil and she quickly walked over and told me she could scan the item for me.

Always an easy parking space to access the store! Very bright and cheerful employees! Never had a bad experience at this location!

Found what I was looking for on a pallet with no price. An associate near by looked up the product code on his scanner and priced it on the spot in seconds. Impressive indeed!

The store was clean and the products were easily found. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were purchasing.

Didn't have any problem finding what I needed. Love that the store is open late and the staff were very friendly.

Great for quick trips in and out. Prices are competitive and stock is always good

In short, I do not like to spend my money where associates walk up to me and ask, "yeah, what do you need?". This is unacceptable behavior!

Horrible checkout !! Not one checkout counter was open. Only self out was available , and three people were waiting to use them. Self check out is not suitable for heavy or bulky items. I then went to the garden shop to check out and was told by the associate there to use inside check out as he was closing. This was at approx., a little after 12 noon. I explained the situation with the inside checkout and he did go ahead and check me out.

I ran into a snag with an order that I placed not arriving when I was expecting. Raul went above and beyond to make sure that I received my product. He was so helpful, and such a pleasure to deal with! I'm very impressed with the level of customer service received!! Thank you so much!!

I always have a good experience at this store, and we shop there often!! Store is always well stocked and well maintained, associates very friendly and helpful. Like seeing long-term employees to ask questions and get info.

WOW....not just a standard checkout. the Home Depot Checkout lady came to get me and bring me to her checkout area where there was no wait. She assisted in scanning the heavy stuff...so no lifting...we were our in minutes...GREAT EXPERIENCE

The store was very organized, the associates were very friendly and the availability of product needed was well stocked.

My grandson and I go to this Home Depot the first Saturday every month to make a project for the Kid's Workshop which we totally enjoy, and while there was going to grab potting soil and birdseed. Got help locating the birdseed and grabbed potted plants while shopping. The clerk at the lawn & garden checkout was very friendly to my grandson and shared a story with him and I about his ROTC days . Carter is in cub scouts and enjoyed the attention. He said ," He was nice huh granny?" We enjoyed our time there!

I am always happy with the wide selection of products and plants at the Depot. My favorite DIY store!

I frequent this store and each and every time I've had an awesome experience. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, an offer to be helped, and several associates always offer to help as I go through the store. When I've needed expert advice, I've always gotten sound advice and information.

I used to go to Lowe's for all my house and lawn needs. Not anymore! I stopped going to Lowe's over a year ago, because I could never get any assistance. I was frustrated and went to Home Depot, which was a little less convenient due to being a little further out. I was helped and given advice above and beyond what I had expected. It is that way every time. This past week was no different. I was needing supplies to build a floor displays and I was directed to products I did not know was available, which saved me money and time. Great experience every time I go into the store!

Store was clean and everyone helpful. Disappointed that the primary checkout is self checkout. This is a personal preference

We are Home Depot fans. Ever since hurricane Ivan when they did EVERYTHING to help their customers through that disaster we have liked the store. While day to day experiences may vary, I have to say we have never come out of Home Depot with a bad feeling. The associates are very helpful. I did want to give special kudos to Lucy who is cashier in the garden department. She is a gem. Thanks for all you do, Joanne Caglione

We are remolding a home, I have an injury that requires surgery so i am not able to lift anything, Stephanie from the flooring and tile dept took care of everything, she assisted in explaining what i would need for this project, picking the product and after doing so would not allow me to put the boxes on the cart myself she had some do that, she assisted me to the cashier, got the product check out and had someone load my car. It was one of the best trips to Home depot where I shop regularly. I have been to other stores but the Daphne, Al is the best

I wonder about the training of associates prior to helping customers by them selves

Very disappointed in check out......they did not try to help me understand the problem....they were no help !!!! Will never go there again.....

The worst shopping experience ever at my local Home Depot. Hard to find anyone to assist with pick-up in the lawn and garden area. When I did find an associate he was extremely rude and informed me to go and find someone else to assist me. Thanks to the store manager for his positive response.
