Went in to find an item I’ve been researching all day. Once found, I was looked at funny by an elderly employee passing by. Asking if I needed help he quickly scoffed when I explained the use I was looking for with the particular item I had in hand. Knowledgeable in my research and function of cette tool, I knew what it could do and to be ridiculed by an employee less informed about the particular item was in no way professional or considerate to a paying customer. In no way was the employee helpful and all other employees were nowhere to be found. I left not receiving answers to the questions I had. Very unprofessional and disorganized atmosphere.
