In the years since I've been shopping this store I have never had a poor experience. The staff has always been friendly and most helpful. This is a model store for Home Depot.

I would highly recommend this store. They have superb customer Service and literally go above and beyond to help make sure your Home Depot experience is one you are happy about and remember. Home Depot is the only home improvement store I will ever shop at because of this.

We just had a great experience at the Daytona Beach Home Depot on International Speedway. We were in the back of the store, getting ready to pick up 2 stand-alone air conditioners, when an employee walked up with a flatbed cart, and asked if he could help us. We said, "Yes!" We hadn't asked for help, but he was VERY proactive and friendly. He picked them up, put them on the cart, and even pushed them up to the cash register for us. Donald is his name, and he was wonderful.

Employees here are fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not a grumpy one in the bunch. Such a pleasure to shop here

Home Depot had more varieties of the same types of items I was looking for not just two to pick from I was greeted at the door and ask if they could help me find what I was looking for courteous friendly employees quick check out clean-looking store and their disability carts were charged up

Store employees are very helpful and kind but they were out of sales products and I was bothered by a homeless person outside the store. Besides that good store.

This was the only store in the three store area that had the Ridgid drill available (except for one that was in a crushed box) which was on sale. Sad to have to drive to three stores to find the sale item and then find out later that there was a promo for a free battery. Found that out at product registration on the Ridgid web site. Funny being on the email list for HD and Ridgid and never received a notice for this. Only option per the store is to take the item back and do a re-sale with the promo coupon. This fits into the realm of "now you tell me."

Lumber is never stocked properly. Been waiting for 45 minutes now to get three quarter inch plywood and 2 x 6 by 10 drop down. The guy working and lumber can't run a forklift so we had to wait on someone from another department. This is just an unacceptable way to run this department. What's your shopping 2 days ago and ran into the same exact problems. Don't know who the lumber manager is ...

I met some of the friendliest and hard working home depot employees at this location, I do not receive the same treatment in the stores located in New York. Keep up the excellent customer service!

This store always has what I'm looking for

In the last two years this store on International Speedway Blvd. Has had a complete 180 ° turn around in cleanliness, service and product support. I am very pleased with the top down management ideology which I am greeted with when I visit this Home Depot. Kudos on your efforts!

The Home Depot Store on International Speedway in Daytona Beach is a very nice, well organized facility with courteous service persons. In particular, the kitchen design department has a very experienced and knowledgeable specialist who can help you with what you want to buy, assist you in finding the right products and make skillful suggestions for things that you did not anticipate. Further, she is aware of all of the sales, promotions and range of pricing for all of the products within her field of expertise. Finally, it was easy to call and make an appointment for which she was on time and prepared.

The store is always clean and I received assistance from one salesman.

This is the only big box store in the area who knows what the meaning of customer service is!

The moment I walked in associate asked how she could help. Walked me to display, then to another display across the store. Great friendly service and I was out in five minutes!
