I appreciate the Home Depot Associates because they are friendly and anxious to help! Their knowledge answers questions and they always offer options for problems! They often show you how things work and tell you what to expect. They help load when I leave and always, always are pleasant. Home Depot is my Favorite "Go To" anytime!

I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE DEPT I NEEDED TO GO AND BINGO ... ALL THE HELP I NEEDED WAS THERE!

Love shopping at Home Depot, just wish I had the money to buy the things I need to build the things I want. However most of what you need can be found here and most times you can find someone to help you find them.

The store was very clean and things were easy to find. The employees were very helpful and displayed excellent customer service.

While at the store the cashier was not able to move some items to make it possible for us to get the product we need. She paged for help and several associates came to assist us. The wait was not long and we completed the purchase to complete the project we were working on.

The store was so well lit that I could see all of the paint card samples easily. The cards and collections were very helpful in my color selections. The sales associates were very helpful and efficiently mixed my paint. They even brought my card samples that I forgot to the register for me. Thanks!

I went in to store to take advantage of the July sale. My total savings was $2,000.00. The sales associate was very helpful. She was knowledgeable regarding the appliances I needed to purchase. She was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. My purchase was quick and easy!

Home Depot was okay. did not get the item I wanted due to some issues as the item not matching to the price label. but had not choice to purchase another lawn mower which I am very pleased with. Second, sale associate was not very knowledgeable on what insurances were available when asked and sold me the wrong insurance. other then that the store was okay and will not keep me from shopping there due to this.

Alex R. in lawn and garden went above what I expected to help me with my purchases. In fact, I had to make several trips and each time he stepped right up to assist. Made going to HD a great experience.

Im always doing DIY projects and home depot is the store i and my husband visit all the time.

Everything was good. Associates always knowledgeable and helpful, but the products are sometimes not always available.

The staff in kitchen appliances was very knowledgable and not pushy. Best of all they were honest about the advantages and disadvantages of some of the expensive appliances.

I went into the store to pick up some wood siding for in in-door project to give my workshop a more of a rustic look. I found a few sheets of the siding on the rack but not enough to complete my project. So I started looking for an associate to see if there was any more product in the store. It took about 10 minutes to track someone down that could help me. Once I did they did find that there was more of the siding on a top rack so it would have to be brought down by a forklift. The associate then left to track down someone who could get the product down for me. After being told several times that the fork lift was in use, I continued to shop around for other items I needed. Finally, an hour and 5 minutes after I made initial contact with the associate, the fork lift finally showed up. The associates were very helpful at that point and did load the siding onto a cart and even replacing a few sheets that were a little beat up. I even got help loading them into my truck. Also, I would like to mention that some of the isles in the store, particularly in the lumber isles and in the shelving/tile isles in the back of the store are often so cluttered with palletized product, that it is impossible to shop. Also, many times some isles are closed off (as for overhead loading/unloading activities) for hours at a time with no apparent activity taking place. It is very aggravating. I am an avid DIY'er and am in the store often, so I am not exaggerating. I have often had to go to the local competitors to get the products I need for various time crucial projects because of not being able to get to items. As for the siding itself, I am not happy with several sheets of the siding as they have a white substance in several areas which I assume is some kind of primer treatment applied for what ever reason. While I cannot fault Home Depot for this as most times, the siding is painted over, it is unsightly as I was planning on not treating them at all for my project. Just my $0.02.
