Came to the place that carries what I was looking for.

Great idea implementing the new auto section - I shouldn't have to go to an auto store in order to get wheel cleaner, tire cleaner, car wash, wipers, etc. I will get these products and other auto cleaning products from Home Depot in the future. Prices are comparable and I visit Home Depot at least once a week so it is convenient to get these auto products at Home Depot.

This store used to be one of my favorites because of the amount of associates and registers that were open. Now I guess they are cutting back and I'm finding it harder to find a cash register open. They want you to use the self-check out registers and they are a pain. As far as finding an associate to assist you, it has gotten worse. And don't ask for an associate it to help you load your vehicle you can't find one. Had 10 sheets of plywood the other week and asked for someones help after waiting outside for 20 minutes loaded it myself and by the time I left no one still showed up.

This guy went out of his way,into a department he does not cover,to make sure I got the exact product to help me. You need more employees like him

I purchased several products that my wife had given me coupons to use & she told me how many of each product to buy in order to use the coupons. The cashier must've been fairly new, as she had no idea how to use coupons. She asked the other cashier at the Self Checkout for help, but she only gave her a generic answer. When I pointed out that the cashier did not use all the coupons I presented her, she told me that other coupons took their place, which was incorrect. My wife went the next day to redeem them with the receipt but she was told that because of the way the receipt prints they can't tell what coupons were used. Better employee training is definitely needed here. Just today I called the tool rental department and I have been calling for over an hour with no answer, I called the operator and it just rings then disconnects. I have literally spent over an hour trying to call this store and have yet to reach a human being. When I go there, there's always 4 or 5 employees at the customer service desk, but calling for over an hour and NO ONE answers the phone, totally unacceptable. I always have to track down store associates if I need assistance and it always seems like I'm breaking up their water tank gossip. Store management needs to wake up & bring in people that want to work & take their job seriously.

The associate helped me decide a type of paint that was just perfect for the area I needed to paint. He spoke of the area and if was new or care-worn. Being care-worn he suggested a satin finish and he was right. The finished product looks great!

I like coming to the Deptford store even though it is not the closest one to me. I find the sales associates are always very knowledgable and willing to help out. I was in the garden center so it was a little wet but the store is always clean.

The store had everything I needed. All items were easily located and checkout was fast and efficient.

The item I wanted was not on the shelf. An associate was passing by and I stopped him to inquire about the item. He looked for the item (unfortunately there was none) but when he spoke to me I didn't know what he was saying because I am deaf. He was so very nice and patient with me. He wrote his responses to my questions. He was wonderful and very helpful.

The Store is always clean, the associates are always easy to find and they are always pleasant!

The clerk was rude and insulting. She mimicked my wife when she questioned her lack of knowledge regarding an online order and pickup.

Looked online before I went to the store. Showed several products in stock, even listed the aisle they were located in. But that aisle wasn't marked...nor were the ones on either side. Oh well, I went looking. Couldn't find what I wanted. Hunted up an associate, who was less than enthusiastic about helping me look. I wasn't sure he even knew what the product was. He went to the aisle I had looked in and reached for a different product. I told him no, that wasn't what I had in mind, and that the online site had said they had several different products for me to choose from in stock. He bluntly said, this is all I have. The. He looked a bit more, reached up on an upper shelf, in a box that was not marked, and pulled out what I wanted. Home Depot could have done a better job marking the aisles, and labeling the product shelves. And have things on a shelf less than 6' high.

Home depot sells quality tools. Some of the best tools around. Even the store brand tools are good.

There were bo associates around to answer any of my questions

Everyone was helpful upon entering the store. We were given directions to our area of interest. The associate who helped us with our purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is in a word amazing! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Each and every visit is truly worthwhile and pleasant. I love my Home Depot! The customer service desk and flooring department are really awesome. Many of the team members have gone above and beyond for me during my renovations. They are the best!

Came to home depot to buy flowers for myself and my mom. We come to this store every year and are NEVER disappointed. Always good prices, the variety is unbelievable and the employees will help with anything you need. Every employee we spoke with was helpful, friendly and courteous. I will shop here forever. Love this home depot.

I shop at Home Depot all the time I find all the associates knowledgeable of their department and all the ones as well.

I would recommend the Deptford HD to anyone. It is large and great variety of items. We just moved and had to remodel. Everything from our Washer/Dryer to our Pergo Flooring, Carpeting and numerous other items were purchased here. So many associates to help and very knowledgeable of what you were looking for. Not like THE OTHER STORE where you had to hunt down associates or push buttons. Home Depot in Deptford NJ is the place to go for all your household remodeling needs.

Store was excellent. Associates all know what they are doing!

Joel & Brock very helpful. I wasn't sure were the products were, needed supplies for a floor. Joel was able to go with me to the other departments and help me the products. Brock was helping another customer. He was able to cut the plywood for me not once but twice. The cashier was very friendly.

Staff was friendly, store was neat and clean, checkout was quick. A+++

store has a good crew, it did not have my post base i was looking for. could use a directory by entrances.
