Being a first time home buyer I had no clue how many paint options there were. Alex that works in the paint department stopped on his was to his break to see if we needed help since I probably looked lost. He literally went through all the options and what would be the best for us. After that he helped with how much paint I would need. He then got the paint and prepared it for us. He spent over an hour with us. He could have kept going and went on break but he didn’t. He stopped to ask for help. That makes a great employee. He made the experience stress free. Thank you so much!!

I just bought a home in Lafayette so I have been doing everything out of home depot. I met Stephen and Ryan in the repair service for lawn mower. The out standing customer service I received was first rate. They both went out of their way to help and resolve a problem I was having. Do to them I retuned my mower and bought a $310.00 lawn mower that same day. Just great shopping and customer service from these two guys. They do that Home Depot justice believe me. It was out standing and wanted to reach out to these two men. We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on #1236 East Syracuse.

Associate "found" me looking for assistance in the flooring department. He showed a caring attitude from initial contact. Knowledgeable & very efficient explaining the steps to your processes concerning flooring materials, pricing, measurements, installer, etc. RJ OFFERED information to questions I didn't know to ask. He directed me to other areas of the store to complete my shopping experience with accuracy & pleasure.

store assistants are very warm and professional. store products are lined up neatly. if you asked one person who might not be in charge the area, but you don't have to worry, because they will find the better one to answer or assist my puzzles.

I interacted with four staff members during my last visit and each one was very friendly, efficient and went out of their way to assist me. Bill, in the Electric Dept. was exceptional and, I cannot praise him enough. I had three issues and, he solved each one (for which I am very grateful as I thought I was going to have to go to a Lighting Specialty Company). Thanks to his determination, he found what I needed, and, saved me additional time, travel and trouble.

I am repairing and updating a rental property and have recently purchased flooring, paints,tools, lighting, cleaning products, window blinds, electrical supplies, etc. ..Without exception, every department is staffed with knowledgeable, conscientious, helpful people who know where things are,what products, tools are best for a particular project, and are great at suggesting solutions when presented with a problem. And often the staff is knowledgeable in more than one dept. I had just purchased flooring from a very helpful Home Depot associate; I said " you probably don't know anything about lighting". His response, " Actually I do. I used to work in Lighting." He then took me to the exact products I was looking for.. Needless to say, I bought a lot at Home Depot that day and am totally satisfied. The store is organized, clean, accessible. Staff is informed, friendly and helpful. In future i won't waste time comparison shopping. For me Home Depot has it all.

I’m local landlord in Syracuse and rental dept to was always helpful for right tools and budget. Great service when you have issues and problems solved just like that.

This store does not have qualified people working here. If you need anything loaded by forklift to your truck/vehicle, STAY AWAY. They will use the wrong equipment and they will run into and possibly damage your vehicle. The cashiers also do not know how to move a line. One customer held up the line for 3-5 minutes because he needed to use his phone.

I shop here, however the environment has declined in visits. Customer service is dropping and I am not sure whether it is Home Depot as a whole or individuals having a bad day.

Items are easy to find and always in supply on the shelves. When help is needed, people are quick to respond and provide the assistance that's needed. I frequent the store often and am always impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful staff! That's why I keep coming back!

Helpful people; lots of product that I was looking for. One stop shopping. I will be back.

THE STORE WAS SUPER CLEAN AND I GOT ASSISTANCE THE MINUTE I WALKED INTO THE STORE. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Over the past 6 months this store has definitely become one of my top favorites. So much more than just a hardware store. Everyday needs like paper towel , toilet paper laundry soap. They are always so courteous and helpful .Two thumbs up!!
