A high percentage of the time i find what I need,great store and location for me, Home Depot does a great job in their hiring practices,in my opinion.

I found the item I was looking for immediately. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly and competent.

Love this store!! I am not the fixer upper type of girl but when I go here everyone gives me the confidence to be able to handle any home repiar. If you need paint, see Kathleen. Matches paint swatches to the T. Exceptional! Unbeleiveable! Always wears a smile! If you need great customer service, see Melissa...awesome, friendly. Always willing to help in any way she can.

Shopped University store and had a great experience. Although I could not find many associates to help in some departments I managed to find what I needed and went to the service desk for assistance. Kristie at the service desk rocks! She handled my transactions with a smile and was very knowledgeable and professional. She did not rush me and she understood what I needed. Thank You Kristie!

This store sold me 4 bags of wet, rotting,decaying, wormy, disgusting mulch! Unfit for resale! Why was it loaded on my vehicle? Why does Home Depot store their mulch outside with no cover?...esp w/ all this rain? I was very inconvenienced! I had opened the bags hoping it might dry out.....not likely...too much decay! Beware customer! Although I must give the store associate credit for offering to load my car.

This store has great associates, it is clean and an open environment to shop. I have had great service here and several of the associates there are excellent. The garden, kitchen, and flooring departments are very good.

Some of the best management that Home Depot can provide. I always look forward to finding all my Home Improvement needs within~!

Cashier Cindy was friendly and wonderful to deal with.

I found everything I needed (and it was a lot) easily, even had an employee offer help! This Home Depot has the friendliest associates and the store always looks great!

Not much help in any department. Good thing I had my contractor with me. He knew exactly what and where to find it. Nasty cashier, Claire on register.

I have been doing business with this store at least once a week for the past year. The staff is very nice and willing to help, and even better, they are very knowledgeable of their departments.

Aaron, (if I have his name spelt correctly) the store manager was very helpful and attentive to my time spent at the store and the quality of service I received. John, in plumbing was very detailed oriented on parts and instructions needed for installation of my water heater. Both men were very helpful, professional and courteous!

I have found some very nice and helpful associates at this store. Occasionally it is hard to find someone to help with questions, but most of the time I find associates and they are very friendly.

The University Parkway Store. I had a very good experience. Better than most hardware stores. An employee spent time helping me solve a complex plumbing problem. It is nice that the store has some very experienced employees that not only know how to solve a problem but find the most effective parts to put it together. Thanks.

Really nice people, quick service, GREAT variety of options. I had ordered saddle planters on line for a fence that runs the perimeter of my container garden, and when they arrived they didn't fit the fence. One of the options shown on the paperwork was to bring them back to a local store, so I went into this one (the nearest to my home), and I hadn't been in it before. The clerk at the refund/return desk was extremely friendly and helpful despite the difficulty of mapping the local store inventory to my online order (not my fault, and he was great about it), and I was really impressed with the variety and pricing of the other options they had for me in their garden center. I got what I thought WOULD work for the area of my yard I was trying to plant, brought it all home, and it looks great. Thank you!
