The store is clean, organized, the customer service is friendly, and the check out is fast and convenient.

If you need help with flooring or doors, the person to seek assistance from is Ms Lisa Brown. She has a fantastic rapport and attitude every time I need help.

Joyce was very helpful, and was able to take me to all of the items on my list. She was also able to give feedback for each item, and help to make the best selection.

This store is clean, the isles are clearly marked and items are easy to find. If for some reason you can't find what your looking for, the staff are quick to aid you in your search.

Yesterday I made an online order. I called the store and the rep (ANGEL) immediately looked my information up and told me she would call me right back. Fifteen minutes later she called me back and said it would be ready shortly. When she realized there was only 2 instead of waiting for the rest of the day to pass, this rep called me back with a pleasant and kind voice telling me my order was ready for pickup. She also made sure I got the text and the email confirming my order. Her voice had a smile in it. Also after I picked up the order, I needed some spray paint. I saw a rep finishing up with another customer. I asked him where I could find the spray paint, he smiled and said I will show you, I said "No" I can find it. The rep said no I am going to walk you over and I will be glad to show you. It was on the other side of the store, he walked me over with a smile. I thought have I lost 125 pounds walking from the car to the store? did my hair grow down to my B? Did I get taller ? Is my figure 35-24-35? Do I have wings on my back? It was just wonderful along with the managers smile. (Nigel)

I live in Ridgeway, VA and shopped at this store to pick up an online order. The sales associates were very nice and helpful, and thanked me for shopping at their store. Thank you for a ray of sunshine in my dark time dealing with water in my basement.

Employees at this HomeDepot are excellent with great attitudes. I drove 46 miles to get the items that no other HomeDepot had in stock. I would do it again.

Customer Service in the appliance area is amazing. Ask for John T.... Also Ebony Bowling at customer service is great always a smile on her face with a positive attitude especially when she is extremely busy. Keep up the great work!!!

Store is really at a great location and has a good layout. From parking convenience to easy store access. Staff was friendly and motivated to help load. Took advantage of the great price on the river gravel during Spring Sale :-), store is organized and staff has a wonderful attitude. Must have a great Manager :-)

Very helpful store associates. Don't stand around looking like you are lost or an employee will ask you if you need help. :) I almost always feel at home here and usually know exactly where things are, but when help is needed, it is nearby. I am disappointed this store has stopped offering cutting services for glass and metal products.

I didn't have to walk around the store trying to find anything an employee was always there to help me locate where the items were that I needed. They also were very friendly . My shopping was quick and I didn't have to wait in a long line. I was helpped very quickly.

The Employees, particularly Sales Associate Priscilla & Sales Manager Nigel, are very Helpful, and very conscientious about their work and service to the Customer. They showed a "CUSTOMER FIRST" attitude that is rare in todays self serve world. I would HIGHLY recommend that seeing Priscilla (In the Lawn & Garden Depart.) and Sales Manager Nigel (Store Manager) would very easily make your shopping & purchase much more pleasant !
