I went looking for a new countertop. They were friendly and helpful.

The employees were very friendly and eager to help, especially Ariel, cashier and Steve in appliances. This is MY go to store.

Already wrote one bad review and because it didn't meet your "guidelines" you refuse to post it. How dare I possibly suggest using a competitor? Well, when your customer service is as poor as your company represented I dated! If you choose to not post my negative review that's your choice but how dare you to try and tell me what to say....by the way your guidelines only state to focus on my shopping experience so in a word - PITIFUL!

My visit was at the height of the Covid 19 issue. I am handicapped, and need assistive devices to walk. There was a maze Style obstruction in order to get to the entrance of the store. There was also a bypass, and only three people in line. Instead of letting me through the bypass, an associate watched me walk about 50 feet step by painful step without offering to let me get in line by opening the gate. He then opened the gate for an associate pushing carts back into the store. I noticed that the handicap assistive carts we're being used to block aisles. I had trouble finding what I was looking for, an electric chainsaw, an associate helps me and grab the one from the weed trimmer pile? I asked the checkout Clerk if I could get some assistance with the large box, because I would not be able to leave the cart in the store and carry it, he could not come up with an answer I felt viable so I grabbed a regular cart and was bumping it with my body as I was trying to push it to my car. Finally, an associate saw my plight and offered to babysit my purchase while I got my car. Home Depot says it is doing all these things for our safety, yet I can't but leave with the feeling that they are doing these things just to minimize liability and I feel like they don't really care about their customers.

always got what you need , when you need it

This Home Depot Location has for over 20 years provided excellent customer service. Outstanding advice and direction. They have on more than one occasion saved me from making a huge, costly mistake. I can't think of a better staff to represent Home Depot, I know most by name and they recognize me also. it is my second home. There at least 1-2 times a week.

THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM APPLIANCES, TO FLOORING, TO GARDEN, TO HOME REPAIR IS CONSITENT THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE STORE. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER ENVIRONMENT TO PURCHASE NEEDS FOR MY HOME.

Polite, friendly employees, knowledgeable of where things are located, most generally have everything someone would need for most construction needs.

Store was clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. I picked out what i wanted on line it told me where it was when i got to the store i went there and it was there.

I would give them 5 stars, but the customer service desk ladies weren't friendly. All the other employees were excellent. I was there December 26, 2019 at 8:30 A.M. The female employee in aisle 14 area was excellent as well as the lady in the self checkout.

Luke, in the door department, was very helpful. He showed me some doors that I might not have considered on my own.

Ordered items online & had issues with delivery men but the store manager took the time to listen to concerns & rectified the situation. She was extremely kind, courteous & professional. We like this store a lot. It's well stocked, clean & employees are always offering to answer questions & lend a hand to help. Great store all around!!

I went in to buy the Big pirate ship prop in the Halloween seasonal area, only to find that they were sold out! I inquired at the service desk if the display was available to purchase. Jenny at the service desk was very helpful in connecting me with James, the store manager. He confirmed that they could sell me the floor model, and then jumped right into getting it broken down for me. Carma was an associate in the seasonal area, who also willingly and happily got into the job of dismantling this pretty big prop! James and Carma made sure that all of the pieces and parts were there, and gave me patient instruction on how the ship was to be reassembled. I got to go back to the service desk again for the purchase, where Jenny helped me complete the sale. James was kind enough to offer me a discount due t the item being a floor display! These kind and considerate people displayed through their actions and conversation with me how much they enjoy working with each other, as well as the pride they take in performing their duties as representatives of their store. I am very grateful for their kindness, patience, and solution-based method of dealing with this customer! I will be sure to come back to shop as soon as I am able!

I've always found the store clean and the employees friendly and helpful (if I needed help, which I usually do not). I always go online when I need something and make sure they have it in stock before I go out there. The only negative thing I have to say is that they list products in a search and often don't have it in their inventory and if a product is not available it shouldn't be listed in a search. Several times I've overlooked the "Not at this Store" statement in the listing and made several wasted trips to the store. Other than that it's an excellent store.

If you ever have any outdoor equipment questions EARL is the man to ask! He is extremely knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff! My husband and I absolutely love him! He is a complete gem! We wouldn’t have made or purchase without him!
