Went in to rent an attic insulation blower. The cashier behind the counter, Rene, was great in explaining what he had and what type/size of job I was doing. He was able to convey options based on what I wanted to have and needed to spend. As I was pulling my truck around to load the big machine, my rear tire got a bad flat. Without hesitation Rene and his fellow co worker, Josh, helped me retrieve my hard to get to spare tire (My old truck requires a special screw driver to release the tire, and I didn't have the tool). They worked tirelessly to find the right tools to get the tire. The jacked up the truck, replaced the flat tire with the new, and I was good to go. As a sign of thanks, I offered to buy them some beer. They declined. They just went above and beyond. Thank you.

Jessie at the Contractor help desk provides a very professional and knowledgeable experience. She was confident in what she was discussing which made our purchase an easier one, she helped at checkout assuring we had the best possible product at the best price!

Costumer service was horrible. The checkout lady at the front, Raegen, was very rude. I was appalled by the employees behavior.

Store does not supply enough workable electric carts for the handicap customers

Thank you to Paul who stepped out of the employee meeting to help me pick out and load a cooler. 6:00 AM and I was able to get it into my classroom and working before students entered.

The Kennewick Home Depot store have experience and helpful staff. They're always smiling and happy to help you. Beautiful they don't just tell you which aisle what you're looking for is on, they take you there! The Kennewick Home Depot store should set the standard for all the stores in Kennewick! Home Depot rocks!!

The store is always clean. The lawnmowers were a little picked over, but we found what we wanted.

Instead of having to find someone to ask for help locating something, this helpful employee spotted me in my confusion and asked me if I needed assistance. That was a pleasant switch, especially since I was headed in the wrong direction... Very helpful staff. Clean, organized store. Found what I needed.

Horrible customer service managers lied to my face store manager didn’t seem to care much about anything all I wanted to do was buy a riding lawn mower but it didn’t happen due to poor customer service

Customer for many years, the service, products and employees, have never let me down.

I am at this store almost daily. The employees are exceptional. On a few occasions I have talked to the store manager. A great guy who takes pride in his team. I especially love the return policy and the ease it takes to return product.

Very impressed with "Faith" in appliances. She thought everything through, had things ready when I came in, knew what local rebates were there (that others in other stores had missed). Prepared my paperwork, made copies, stapled them so they were ready to send in for rebates (and have a backup copy to show). Literally, it was like Nordstrom except for appliances. New experience for me in this area.

The employee's are very nice and helpful and the store is always clean and really appreciate that there not shopping carts loose out in the parking lot.

Great store great employees

I was in a hurry to find a new refrigerator. I called the Kennewick Home Depot to get information on available stock and delivery timing. Trista cheerfully checked on everything for me, which included multiple trips to the warehouse! She got me all set up with everything I needed, including delivery within 48 hours. She's a miracle worker!

Ken R was the most helpful person I have ever had the assistance of at any home improvement store. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and even though the specific item I was looking for is no longer available, he helped me find something that will work and helped me find the item manufacturer information so I can call them directly and see if they still have the exact product. That is fantastic customer service!!!
