Not much to say, I shop at Home Depot and have for years.

Nick W. helped me on my last shopping trip. He was able to answer all my question when comparing the 3 models I was considering. He made the decision process easy and I'm confident that I got the best product at the best price.

A huge A+ Allyssa, and John both were amazing at helping us for more then an hour, their costumer skills are a number 10+ thank you our kids love the inflatables this would’ve been only a dream but you both made it come true. Bless you and keep up the good heart!

I always go to the Home Depot store in E. Vancouver because they always have what I am looking for. It is easy to navigate and to get what I need.

The store is set up well for online orders and curbside pickup with fast and excellent customer service.

I love going to this home depot. Rocky and Chris are so friendly and helpful. They will take the time to help you get the products you need. I love the customer service at this store.

This store has the best employees. They always find a solution to what ever it is you need .

The customer service department does not know what they are doing. In addition, the customer service also handles online and delivery orders, this may be part of the issue as they are simply swapped with responsibilities and not enough people to handle it. Yes, the store had what I needed, but they refused to refund an online order that was shipping. The .com site did not tell me it would take a week to get it, and I needed to seal the roof while it is dry and sunny. VERY FRUSTRATED, as when I called the .com site from home, they said "oh, of course we can give you a gift card to exchange the items. Next time just call us when you are at the store." How does customer service NOT know this?? SMH

This Home Depot very clean and the associates that work there are very helpful

On 09/05/2020 I ran to store for 6 different trips to pickup things I need for building my garden. I was so impressed that I got help from the staff there every single time I request. They helped me to load those heavy stuffs into my car. Without their help, I don't know how could I get 6 trips done in the same day. It's worthy to spent my money here because the merchandise is great, and the staff is so amazing. They're: Dalton, Anthony, Jared, Jensen and cashier Amanda.

Great staff, willingness to help customers and they ask if you need assistance to find something. Store is always clean!

After I was done buying a weed wacker and attachments, I discovered I locked my keys and phone in my car. It was very late, and although the store was closing, a very professional and helpful employee named Tommy Henderson called a locksmith for me and made sure the locksmith could find me as I was desperate to get car unlocked. A good kid!

HOMEDEPOT IS THE BEST AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Sale Cashier, Amanda, was fantastic. She helped me through the self check. Also I left my phone somewhere in the store and Amanda was tremendous...very kind and understanding...she helped me find my phone. The Customer Service Desk was not so helpful helping me find my phone. I seemed to be a nuisance and they seemed to have "more important" thing to do.

I've been coming to this store since it opened. This store has the best customer service and friendly employees of all the locations I have visited which are a lot. Looking forward to shopping with you soon.Keep up the great work.

Terrible store with incompetent employees.

this store managed the customers coming and going into the store extremely well and were very pleasant to everyone. The shopping experience we had was pleasant. We did not find the item we needed but found other items we could use.

Friendly workers always willing to help you find what you are looking for and in most cases will walk you there even if they are busy.

In this time of Covid health concerns, we still have a need to get things done in life. I appreciate the effort Home Depot has made to manage a safe environment with masks, distancing, the clear partition at the check out, and the friendly service and advice from the staff. We have shopped here for a long time for home projects and always have a really good shopping experience.

Helpful employees and a very clean/safe store

Every time I go in the store.. I am greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for today. The guys & girls up front and in the back (recieving) are awesome. I am a truck driver and have delivered many times to this store! YRC Freight. I have been going to this store since it has opened. As I live just down the street.

Rocky is fantastic! Super knowledgable and friendly. He was very patient as we went back and forth on which appliances to buy.

Store #4738 was very clean and organized. All the employees were wearing protective mask and the store was really clean. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable.

You have an outstanding customer service representative in Caleb. He is knowledgeable about his area and offers assistance without being asked. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase decision. Store is usually very clean and well stocked.

Home Depots in general a great place to shop, anywhere they are located. They are all friendly, clean and well stocked with a large variety of merchandise and quality materials. The store #4738 is a great example as they excell in every aspect of a customers shopping experience. Bathrooms have always been sparkling clean and fresh. The staff goes out of their way to pick up anything left in the isles, as they are passing through. They are safety conscious for their employees as well as customers. They utilize modern safety procedures effectively and their staff are all well trained to utilize powered industrial equipment in close proximity with foot traffic. I feel comfortable that I am safe while shopping, there is good quality merchandise to select from and at a very good value!

***Joe in paint was super patient, kind and helpful. Thank you I found what I was looking for pretty quick. I got assistances the one time I needed it. Store was clean, but had a lot of product. That made it challenging in some spots to move around. Employees were helpful and polite.
