Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting rechargeable batteries, plastic plant pots, CFLs, and lead acid batteries for recycling.
Our stores sent approximately 5.3M pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This has helped the planet by preserving over 63.5K trees. It kept over 16K trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saved over 50M gallons of water, and conserved 7.8M kilowatt hours of electricity.
LED lights in your local store cut down energy consumption by 98 million kilowatt hours. Many stores also participate in renewable energy initiatives like solar and wind.

Do you offer moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it there safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether you're dealing with strong winds, snowstorms, or thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements knock it out. When searching generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Should I do siding repairs now?
Ready your home for spring temperature swings by repairing or replacing broken parts of your home and hardscaping. If water freezes in the crevices, you could be in for a real headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the outside of your home, examine metal roof panels or roof shingles for rust or damage that could let water leak in. Gutters should be cleaned to prevent ice dams if you're prone to frozen precip as the seasons change. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped if they're in poor condition.
Do you have doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can see visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, which is useful for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed and worry less with more control.
