I have always found what I need when I come here and have always gotten the help from store associates instead of them walking in the other direction. They come to me asking if they can help and always have the answer. They price match and do what they say they will do.

2 EMPLOYEES ... A newer employee Cory came over and tried to help me out - even though he had a cart full of returns to do. He/Cory stayed with me until another associate Nathan from that dept/Lawn & Garden came over and directed me to where the specific item I was looking for was. I appreciated Cory's willingness to help and his offer of help - he is a great employee for you! ... Nathan was able to help me decide which would be best for my specific needs (size of yard & concern for our pets/BIG dogs) and helped me track down Cory so I had his name for the survey!

Every associate in the store seems to know where everything is -- no need to find someone in a specific department to help! They don't just point you to an aisle or give you an aisle number; they take you there. They know right away if they do not have a particular thing you're looking for. It's always a pleasure to shop here. If you're just looking for something and want to shop quickly, you can. But it's fun just to wander through, too!

Carl in the ligthing/electrical department is great! He knows all of the products and what I am looking for every time I am in (which is a few times a week).

Trying to find the right bulb for my dimming ceiling fan was easy with the assistants of the associate. He answered all questions I had about Florissant and LED. Very helpful.
