Back story My father had my mothers ice cream chairs redone for my mom years before he passed away.. so for my moms 87th birthday I went to the Home Depot in East haven because the website said it had the Bistro table that I wanted.. so I drove down from Watertown and they couldn’t find them Sabrina searched for them and finally found the table I wanted. She had to get it down from the storage on the top shelves which was not an easy task she went above and beyond for me.. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased my mom was.. she is an amazing asset to Home Depot!!

everything I ordered on line was delivered promptly from the EH. store & will order more items as I need them in the future !

I had a nightmare experience with Marybeth who works at the Customer Service desk. I was so distraught, I started crying. Anther employee insisted I speak with a manager and there was no one to be found anywhere. It almost seemed as if they disappeared as not to want to handle this situation. I eventually called in and spoke with Derek the manager who was at first ice cold in his demeanor, then started acting more concerned when I told him the story. He said that Doug the manager would follow up with me and he was “very sorry”. I never heard back from Doug. I now have to go to Waterford as I will not return to East Haven until this is resolved. When in Waterford, I discovered Loews right near by, so I also go there now. They are much more service orientated

The girl with the purple hair at checkout was fantastic to deal with. She was smiley and had a good attitude for working at HD. I wish everyone at that store was more like her.

We recently remodeled our bathroom, and purchased the majority of what we needed at Home Depot on line. Occasionally, a piece was not available or out of stock, but we were able to find other vanities, showers, at Home Depot and ordered them. We found our flooring in stock and sales personnel was very helpful in answering our questions and availability

Staff took the time to assist in every way possible. Not only knowledgable, but genuinely kind and cery skilled at thwir job.

I am a contractor and came in for some wire for a job. Not a soul to be found in the area. Had to find a guy that seemed put out that he had to help me get some wire.
