It was very easy to find what I was looking for. Everyone as you walked in the store that wsan't helping a customer offered to assist you. The spirit of Christmas was all around the store. I went for a timer for my outdoor lights and walked out with a timer ,lights for my tree, a wreath, Poinsettias and stockings.

November 24th I visited your store and experienced a not so good feeling with Louis. Yet Bev and Cashier Henry turned it all around. Both Bev and Henry interacted with me with a smile the whole time, asked open ended questions which made me feel they were interested and concerned in helping me. Bev asked how was my Thanksgiving. I was wearing my uniform, Henry asked how was my work day and how was it on Black Friday? These two are examples of Picture Perfect Associates. Louis on the flip side made me feel like I was bothering him. Louis can learn a lot from Henry and Bev.

This is an average store with very average merchandise and mostly lackluster sales associates. When one needs better quality products shop other stores, especially Jupiter. Service is so much better in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, also. It is convenient if you live in central West Palm Beach.

Great deals, services , and sales and services associated.

People working in this HomeDepot is very friendly but still sometimes hard to find someone to help you. The self check out is cool.

IF I WAS TO GRADE THIS STORE IT WOULD BE 110 PERCENT AS THEY GO BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY FOR CUSTOMERS HELP AND SATISFACTION. ALSO THE EMPLOYEES WORK TOGETHER AND GET ALONE WELL REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR, OR CREED. I SEE HOW THEY RESPECT HIGHER AUTHORITY ON THE JOB ALSO, LIKE WHEN MANAGERS GIVE ORDERS. THIS STORE IS RATED A+++ IN MY OPINION.

Overall satisfactory

Store is one of the better Home Depot stores. Management is generally available and competent. The pro desk staff makes every effort to be helpful. The diagonal pro parking in the loading area is a godsend and a great improvement over the the free for all the loading area used to be.

Incompetent, indifferent Special Services personnel.

The Home Depot Design Consultant in West Palm Beach, Beata Lenhart, provided superior service in the design of our new kitchen and was always available accommodating us, especially because we live out of state and had limited time to spend with her. Beata Lenhart proved to be a valuable asset with her exceptional knowledge and excellent communication skills and follow-up as well.

Your employees were very helpful and pleasant. Bill in plumbing quickly guided me to what I needed. Store was clean. Associates were friendly and helpful. There was a "family feeling" among the associates which was nice.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous you can also find something to fit any budget

The people at the paint department, Pro Desk, and the cashier really took great care of me on Sunday buying paint for my apartment building. Great job Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Home Depot!
