The East Palo Alto Store seems to have a greater variety of nursery items and specialty things like Barn Door Hardware.

I could easily go to 5 stores much easier than the traffic to get here in the am but The Pro Desk Guys like Alex and David make the extra time way worth it..and Robin in Electrical is far over qualified for what he does and can help you with any electrical code or installation questiin

The East Palo Alto Home Depot is my "go to" store for most of my home improvement and household needs. Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful.

Usually not crowded and one can find almost everything in stock.

Jimmy P. always makes my shopping experience a PLUS when I visit the E. Palo Alto store. He is the epitome of what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Thank you Jimmy!! Overall, the store almost always has what I am looking for in stock. I would give 5 stars but we all know there is always room for growth and improvement in everything even Home Depot.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for the past 6 months. From New entry doors, to remodeling supplies, outdoor lights, ceiling fans, fireplace heaters, sliding glass doors, paint, closet doors and flooring the staff has been consistently great. The customer service and pro desk have aided in the selection of materials and introduced me to Pro referrals and Pro rewards. Joy is a real joy to work with and unlike other Home Depots in some areas they still honor the military discount .

Has everything you need, everyone was helpful but one gentleman was exceptional and proactive to help us.

The East Palo Alto store is a very special Home Depot. I recognize sales people from years ago. It's fun to see the same folks every time I visit. I've had excellent help year after year.

Great store. The problem is with Home Depot. I tried to use a $20 off coupon that was sent to my phone and neither the department employee nor the customer service staff could get it to work.

In my opinion, the E. Palo Alto store has had considerable positive influence on the improvement of that community. Worthwhile meaningful work has improved the attitude of employees. I have witnessed this first hand over the several years I have shopped there.

It was a great experience for me to easily find the exact bulb that I wanted. The assistant at the bulb area was very informative thus helpful.

Hard to get anyone to help. I have gotten better customer service at other Home Depots, such as the San Carlos store. Don't go to this store unless you must.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY HAVING TO PICK UP A GALLON OF PAINT ALONG WITH PURCHASING A CHRISTMAS SNOW GLOBE FOR MY CHILD. THE PAINT DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE HELPED ME WITH SELECTING THE TYPE OF PAINT AND RECOMMENDED A CERTAIN STAIN FOR MY PROJECT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EASE OF THE CASHIER FAST CHECKOUT. GREAT LOCATION NEAR THE 101 FREEWAY AND NEAR BY SHOPPING STORES.

I had left my purse on my cart and walked away from it. With good humor and kindness a store employee reminded me I was in East Palo Alto and I should never be more than 10 ft from my purse - I usually keep it on me - but I was looking for products and forgot. I appreciate his help.

I am doing a large remodel that includes a small unit and a main house. I went to Home Depot to compare with other cabinet makers for the small unit's kitchen. I ended up doing all kitchens and bathrooms. I enjoyed the experience, willingness to help, and attention to details of Mak, the kitchen designer. His ideas were very useful, and practical. A good combination of beauty and functionality that I did not find in other kitchen designers.

Great service at this store in both the plumbing department, and especially the grill section. Dennis was very knowledgable, patient and courteous as we asked some pretty involved question. I also really appreciated the way he worked with the other employees involved in getting everything I needed to have a great Labor Day grilling party. Thanks Dennis!

The Associate, a guy named Ray, was extraordinarily helpful! It was obvious that he had a great understanding of the meaning of service.

THE HOME DEPOT STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOUR IN NEED OF LOCATING A PRODUCT. IN MY EXPERIENCE I NEEDED HELP LOCATING A METRIC SIZE BOLT, NUT AND WASHERS. THE EMPLOYEE DIRECT ME TO EXACT SLOT FOR WHAT I NEEDED. PLENTY OF PARKING BY THE NURSERY, STORE ENTRANCE AND EXITS.
