Generally go the extra in the store but the outside employees know the are not being overseed and are to highly active.

Sorry, I did NOT spent much time going around the store since I asked where this or that was and was giving directions - I like to get all ( or most) of my stuff in one visit - I am an in and out guy, if I have questions, I want answers that can help me make decisions to make a job go easy, fast and look good without a lot of fuss

I have had great help from the staff of this store each time I have shopped and had questions. Very friendly service and support.

Paul in the Gardening/retaining wall block department was extremely helpful and courteous. He voluntarily offered to help loading the whole shopping cart with heavy wall blocks, and wheeled the cart to check out and carefully loaded all the blocks (probably 20 lb/piece) into the back of my car. Well done, Paul, I really appreciate your help.

It's obvious to me that this store is working hard to reach out to customers and make them feel like the staff / team cares about earning their business today and in the future. I had a return and was actually amazed at the level of service I received. When was the last time you got the feeling a store of any sort really appreciated your business and the time you took to come through their doors? The EPA Home Depot has definitely earned my future business.

I do a significant amount of handyman work, and The Home Depot is my typical "go-to" store. I never fail to have a good shopping experience at the East Palo Alto store. I do a good amount of ceramic tile work. After awhile, the diamond blades wear out and need replacement. I bought a new one at this store, but it wore out much sooner than I expected. I brought it back to the return desk and explained to Leslie how disappointed I was with this particular blade. She cheerfully told me that she would give me full store credit just based on my request. I think it's pretty awesome that The Home Depot empowers their employees to provide exceptional customer service based on their own initiative-- no policy manuals, lengthy questionnaires, or managers required.

I just purchased a Kraftmade kitchen from Home Depot. Mak was the designer I worked with at the East Palo Alto store. He made the process easy. He is professional, detail oriented, and pleasant . I would recommend him for your next interior project.

I was looking for material to build a raised bed and I found pre-fab kits at Home Depot. They come in various configurations that are extremely easy to put together. Also, there is special soil for raised beds, which makes the entire process even easier. I'm very happy with the products and everyone at Home Depot was pleasant and helpful.

I have seen a turnover in the employees in the store in the past few years, and am pleasantly surprised to see that the store has been more selective in hiring people who have some knowledge of the products in his/her department.

On my way to work I stop by the HD store in East Palo Alto. The mornings is when I shop for my home project items. HD always has the items I need to complete my home projects. This is where I shop in the morning before heading off to work. The hours are great at 6AM each workday. That works for me. Thank you HD!

The Rheem Hot water tank that I purchased through Home Depot was defective and dead on arrival. This job required paying a plumber to pick up the tank, deliver it to my house, grapple it down to the basement, install, and then spend an hour with Rheem on the phone. It turned out the tank was leaking and would not start. Even though Rheem sold me a defective tank which is on them and their quality control, they would not pay to return the tank and deliver a new one. Nor would they pay a plumber to remove the old one from the basement and take the new one down to the basement. They only pay a minimum set fee of $250 for a plumber to re hookup a new tank. The additional plumber cost for picking up,dealing with the basement install and removing the defective tank is about $400-$500 extra that Rheem expects the customer to pay even though the fault was entirely Rheem. To make matters worse, Rheem has quality control issues with this tank model because 31% of Home Depot reviews on this tank said the tank was defective immediately or within several weeks. East Palo Alto Home Depot employees Yolanda in Pro and Roberto in Plumbing really came through for me. Since the heater was no longer in stock, they arranged getting a new tank from San Carlos, delivering it and taking away the defective one. Home Depot has made things right for me before. I have many gripes with Home Depot, but you can count on them to work in your behalf.

Eulanda, Alex, Raul and Vili ,at the Pro Desk, are the reasons I am completing this form. Wonderful people! They were interested in helping me, didn't waste time, but mostly, they were FUN! Who has fun buying wall furnaces?! Well, they made it a great experience and had a big impact on the enjoyment of my whole day. Fun, pleasant, and industrious, people. I was treated so nicely, and even received special treatment when the forklift machine was being charged and caused a delay. I've already recommended this Home Depot, in particular, to some of my friends, and I will definitely go out of my way to shop at the E. Palo Alto one again.

I can only say that the help I get from Alex now at the Pro Desk has always been FIRST CLASS and always top notch assistance from other associates. I have not had a chance yet to work with the new store manager but I am sure it will be as good as in the past....

The staff who assisted me to find what I needed were patient, expert in their area, and very helpful. They took the time to assist me to solve a series of complex home-repair problems that I could never have figured out on my own.

I would like to commend Pio for his enormous help in getting some heavy items onto a cart and then into my car. Very friendly and helpful! All other I interacted with were also capable and of great help.

I ordered one item which is $1.82 online and pick up in store. They prepared it on time and provided nice service.

They have everything you want. And I am happy about it.

It is so big that it is sort of overwhelming upon first entry. But friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to assist, and they do so with efficiency and expertise.

There are too many unknown salespeople in this store who are not wearing the orange Home Depot apron. They come up to me asking me if I am a home owner, and they are trying to give me a sales pitch. It's like being stalked. In my last brief visit at the store, I was approached 3 times. Do these people work for Home Depot or did they just wander in from the parking lot? Shopping here is no longer pleasant.

I was very happy with the service I received today.I was able to find what I wanted at a good price and with great service.

The customer service is awesome and readily available at request. I purchased and good size order and had everything in stock and was able to deliver my material on a timely manner. Lauro the Associate was funny and quick to finish my request. Thank you
