Went in looking for plants, left with 2 tiki bars and 4 tiki men! Couldn't be happier with the great customer service I received from Philipp Kopisch, he went above and beyond to assist me with locating items I was looking for and even helped load my car. He is a great asset to your team. Without his assistance I probably would not have made any purchases that day!

The store is very clean and ease to get to and plenty of parking to make my experence great.

Lashun from gardening helped me on Lumber. He helped me select, lift and cut 3 sheets of 3/4" 4x8 plywood which was on sale for $35 a sheet. He also happily trimmed one piece to make it fit in my car. The cashier Maria was a big help in getting me on my way.

The service in this Home Depot store is as excellent as at any retail store I have been in, including Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom's. A lot of people complain about Home Depot employees being unavailable or rude or ignorant. At this store, the employees are available; they are friendly; they are helpful; and they are knowledgeable. EVERY employee knows the inventory of EVERY department in the store. I can ask any Home Depot associate where something is and he/she always knows. They frequently accompany me to the department/item I need - whether or not it is their department. I cannot say enough nice things about the EPA Home Depot.

Don't trust these guys with major appliance purchases where the delivery date is important. I purchased a washer and drier 11 days ago. And was promised delivery this Saturday. They just called to tell me that the 56 units they had in inventory 11 days ago vanished and now I need to sit for another 20 days without a washer and drier while they order more. They tell me this 2 days before I move into my new house. I now have ZERO options now.

Walked in garden center. Could not locate burlap in its normal place. Walked to cashier (only person on duty). Nobody was in line. She was busy counting and arranging her hundred dollar bills and totally ignored me for over a minute. I walked away in disgust and went inside to Customer Service. I walked up to the one woman looking bored and just standing there under Returns. She told me she is only a cash register and only does returns. I just want someone to look on the computer and see if burlap is in stock. Told they can't help at customer service by all the people there... I still do not understand why. I ask for a manager to help me since nobody else will. In the meantime I ask other employees who wander by for help. One says to try where I already looked and so he tells me they not have any burlap in stock. Another employee who looked like she had some authority says she is busy but the manager is coming. Nobody comes. I am getting angry. I ask an employee who herself is having trouble helping a client at Customer Service if she can help me. She works in kitchens, so no. Claudia passes and I ask if she can help me. SHE SAYS YES! SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO OFFERED HELP RATHER THAN EXCUSES WHY SHE COULD NOT HELP. I tell her no manager is coming. She says the customer has first priority and takes me to where they are sitting in the back room. She apologizes to them. They are reluctant to come at first. By then I am REALLY angry! They just ignored my request to speak to a manager. One comes out and I have to tell him the story. Finally he gets Kyle from garden to help me. We find the burlap. The manager did give me a discount on the burlap but I would have rather just had a nice experience!!! and not gotten so angry. I really had a bad experience and will try other places before Home Depot next time.

The store was clean the associate working at the paint department was very informative and helpful.

The organized store made shopping really easy to find items I needed. The Pro personnel were courteous and knowledgeable about getting the right information. *******AAAA Would recommend this store to my associates.

The store in neat and well organized. The bags of brown mulch I bought were in the very far back corner of the outdoor section. The week before they were right out front and easily loaded into my vehicle. The flat carts were stored right near-by so it wasn't a big problem.

Waited more than an hour in a nearly empty store for someone to cut wire for me. Voiced my concerns to store manager who agreed service was terrible but seemed indifferent to the waste of my time and did not offer an apology.

I was replacing carpet for a rental. Dave helped me understand the advantages and disadvantages of the various carpet choices. Also he was helpful understanding the differences in pricing and sales tax with the 72 hour carpets vs. other choices. Based on his information, I felt I got a better carpet for less than I had expected to spend.

I have my absolute favorite associates when I visit this store!! They know what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT and I really appreciate them!!

Rose at the Pro-desk helped me with my order. I always look for Rose because she's friendly, knows my business, and will help me get products from other home depot locations if the store inventory isn't enough for my needs. Rose is one of the reasons why I shop at Home Depot and not Lowes. I generally buy a particular item in large quantities -- sometimes a pallet at a time. when I do buy a pallet, it's easy for me to do this at Home Depot. I call and order the product over the phone from Rose and have home depot deliver directly to my warehouse.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing hard wood flooring at Home Depot this past weekend. The associate assisting me was a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady. I was truly unsure of the product that I was looking to purchase at first, but the associate made all the difference in my purchase. She helped me with every step, from product selection, questions/concerns, delivery, and even helped with the final purchase. I left the store feeling great, and knowing that all my concerns were addressed and that I made an awesome purchase. I have to say, I was very impressed with the level of quality and support provided by the associate at Home Depot. Thank you.

I RECOMMEND ON SHOPPING, PURCHASES AND RETURNS AS EARLY AS THE STORE OPENS. BETWEEN 6AM-7:30 IS THE BEST TIME. ALSO THE LAST HOURS OF THE STORE OPERATION. I'VE GONE DURING OTHER TIMES AND IS VERY VERY BUSY.

I was checking out in the garden department, even though none of my purchases were from that department. I asked the checker if I could check out there with my hardware items and she (Sue) was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I really appreciated her attitude and her willingness to make me feel at home and comfortable.

It helped that I knew exactly what I wanted, still I must acknowledge how quickly an assistant acknowledge and offered to assist me at the EPA store. There was also a better selection of tile with more stock of each item than at other stores. Had I known this before today, I would happily have driven the additional distance (I live within 2 miles of one store, and there is another between that store and the EPA store where I could not purchase what I needed) for a less frustrating remodel and the savings of a minimum of four hours!

ONLINE PURCHASE WAS EASY AND HAVING TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT WITHIN TWO HOURS OR LESS WAS VERY CONVENIENT. ASSOCIATES WERE PROMPT IN HAVING THE PRODUCT READILY AVAILABLE AND WAS LOADED IN NO TIME. I'M HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE

Jeremy Jordan was an extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable associate, helped me cut some wood so i could avoid the hand saw. Very thankful hee was there help that day.

Excellent customer service from Nestor and Pamela whom came to the rescue after many attempts of trying to locate an associate in the Washing/Drying machine department. Overall everything worked out in the end. Thank you again NESTOR and PAMELA!!!

I like shopping at the East Palo Alto Store and frequently shop there. On this last trip the associate in the tool section, Alex Roboostoff, was particularly helpful regarding a circular saw blade I was replacing. He made the whole experience a pleasure and was very knowledgable and helpful. I really appreciated his help and came away with a particularly good feeling. This sort of thing has happened before at this store. This is the first time I have filled out a survey but just know that I value this store and its people.

Alex (I think that was his name) in the paint section was very helpful. I ordered 7 different kinds of paint and he directed to me to the right products. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was about the products. When he didn't know he asked for help.
