The store itself is great, but they took out all the regular check out lanes, and made most of them ring up your own stuff lanes. There is at least one that is a regualr cashier, but they don't identify it, and make it appear there are none. Dirty pool Depot.

They do not have enough help to do anything, but tell you it's down there, I'm sorry I don't work in this dept., I'll get someone to help you, ya sure if you don't die of old age waiting. The only thing in this store is stuff. Very poor customer service.

Virginia is a Paint Genius! Look for her in the Paint Department, she can resolve and guide you thru any paint process!

Everyone in this store is always extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable of where items are in the store for quick and easy shopping. Sometimes I go to the store to talk to some employees to get ideas for future home improvement plans. Awesome store

Only one cashier (very friendly & helpful). This store is now almost completely SELF CHECKOUT. Please avoid this store until they rescind the self checkouts!!!

While shopping for a washing machine last weekend, we got excellent help from Joe, in the appliance dept. However, he was with another customer when we first went through the appliances, and so we had decided to go elsewhere since no one could answer our questions. On our way out, a female employee at a kids' event outdoors asked us if we needed help. After I told her what happened, she said she'd find someone, stopped her manager, and he then took us back and helped us meet the appliance associate. If not for her, they would have lost our sale as we were already out the door. Because of her, Joe was able to help us buy a washing machine.

we drove here to get glass block -no other stores carry it. They had such a great tile selection we bought >1000k worth and opened an account. Thanks Janice - Hope you are kept happy at Home Depot like you make your customers.
