Visited the store after checking online for a dryer. Associates were helpful and friendly while helping me choose a dryer to have delivered.

Our associate that helped us was Vanessa. She made sure we found what we were looking for and then even checked us out afterwards.

My husband and I love this store, people there is so nice and helpful, we always find everything we need. And the Welcome when we arrived to the store make you feel you are with family or your best friends. For us that we just moved from new Jersey, this is the best experience ever. We never had this service over there. Highly recommended to buy there. Thanks Home Depot Spartanburg. We love you.

Home Depot is the only place to visit for home repairs and improvements. We came here to get some paint and had a mix-up on the color (was not a Home Depot color) and the associate worked with us to make sure we got the color we had envisioned. We were very satisfied and have always had a great experience. The associates are knowledgeable, friendly, and always make sure that we get what we need. Thank you Home Depot! We are lifelong customers!

Quick checkout and found everything I was looking for!

I simply went to pick up a few bags of 17-17-17 fertilizer. Three associates in the Garden Center pointed me to aisle 1. This was not a busy time-they were just standing around and talking. Finally, I got them to show me and they were apparently out. I wasted too much time. Went to Lowes (2 minutes down the street) and was helped by 2 people without even asking. In and out !!

I shop at this location about twice per week for general projects around the house and to purchase lumber for wood-working. The employees are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, they always have plenty of supplies in stock for whatever project you may be working on.

I would like to commend the professional staff that assisted me during my visit to this store. I was approached quickly by an associate to help me find just what I needed. Even for the item not stocked in this store I was advised of alternate locations an ideas to research to be able to find my item. The store was very clean an well organized. I was very satisfied overall with my shopping experience!

The associate had her act together...was not bothered when I requested she e-mail me the receipt.

I found the items I needed quickly, as they are always in the same spot, but checkout was a bit of a hassle because the cashier was on her cellphone with a personal call during checkout of the customer before me, and during my own purchase. The wait time was lengthened exponentially by her unwillingness to wait until after she helped customers to use her phone. Probably an isolated incident because I haven't had this happen before, but it may become a problem if not handled correctly. Maybe a bit more training for cashiers.

The paint department was helpful in getting the correct paint in order to mix the color. Helped in getting all the equipment needed for me to do the job and not have to make several trips.

The store cleanliness was great, staff were very helpful. My only concern was that there was no floor staff to ask help from. I had to walk back to checkout and ask that someone come to plumbing to help. I was very surprised because there is usually a lot of staff available.

I always receive genuine help from any employee I ask. This visit Gary and Dennis went out of their way to help me.

I walked into Home Depot yesterday and went to the Garden Center to ask a Sales Associate if they carried a product. She stopped what she was doing and looked on her hand held computer for the product. Another Sales Associate joined in on the search for this product. The young lady walked us to the area and then the other Sales Associate came by and gave me some additional information on your products. I couldn't for asked for better service. I'm at Home Depot at least once a week, Henry, who was in Lumber and now in Tile never fails me helping me with any project I'm doing.. When you hired Henry you got a GEM. Don't know his last name, but Henry always goes out of his way to help my sister and me.

the store was clean and everything I was looking for was easy to find. the associate that ordered my flooring was very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one.

I shop here often, it is a giant toy store for me. I know my way around so don't often need help but the staff is always available and very helpful. I know several by name. Self Check Out is a time saving feature that I use always.

I went into this store with a list of things I needed along with the aisle the items would be on. Little did I know, I had went to the wrong store. I was actually surprised with the associate that helped me. She was very nice to me. I went home with absolutely everything I needed because of her help. She knew where everything was without any problems. She even loaded my car for me. If you ever come to this store, her name was Vicky. She definitely made my experience a great one! And, the prices were far better than I had expected also. Definitely shopping at Home Depot more often!
